Rams to Recognize NFL PLAY 60

As the team celebrates its PLAY 60 game on Sunday, the Rams will welcome PLAY 60 ambassadors who have taken the pledge to live a healthy life. PLAY 60 is a league-wide effort to fight childhood obesity by encouraging kids to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. The 50 PLAY 60 ambassadors will help the cheerleaders form the player tunnel during team introductions.

As part of the PLAY 60 game, the first 15,000 kids ages 14 and under to enter the Edward Jones Dome will receive PLAY 60 eye black stickers.

In partnership with Centene, 1,000 youth will be invited to participate in a PLAY 60 post-game event. Youth age 14 and under will be able to access the field following the conclusion of the game and participate in PLAY 60 activities including kicking a field goal and catching a touchdown pass. Registration for the post game event will be located in the concourse outside of sections 141, 340 and 440.

Area Youth to Participate in Punt, Pass & Kick Competition

In conjunction with the NFL’s PLAY 60 initiatives, the Rams will host a Punt, Pass & Kick competition prior to Sunday’s game. The top four scorers from all the first-place finalists in each age division from the St. Louis community will compete. The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick program is a national skills competition for boys and girls ages 6-15. With more than three million boys and girls from around the country taking part in the PPK competition every year from July through January, it is one of the world's largest youth sports participation programs. The winners of Sunday’s competition will advance to the national finals, which will be held at an NFL Playoff game in January.

Rams to Recognize Marc Bulger

As part of Rams Legends, the Rams will welcome back two-time NFL Pro Bowl quarterback Marc Bulger. After making his NFL debut in 2002 for the Rams, Bulger went on to throw for over twenty thousand yards and 122 touchdowns in a Rams uniform.  In 2003, he was named the Pro Bowl MVP.  Bulger also holds the NFL record for reaching 1,000 completions faster than any quarterback in NFL history.
