Myles Simmons previews the final day of St. Louis Rams Bud Light Training Camp presented by Dr Pepper in today's edition of Wake Up Sprinting.

Good morning, Rams fam.

It’s Wednesday, August 20, which marks the last day of 2014 St. Louis Rams Bud Light Training Camp presented by Dr Pepper. Here’s what you need to know for the third day of your work week.

The Rams got a few veterans back practicing on Tuesday, with Michael Brockers, Rodger Saffold, and Janoris Jenkins all participating in some aspects of the session.

“‘Brock’ came back, finished up and was good,” head coach Jeff Fisher said. “Rodger got involved in lot of the individual stuff which was good. Janoris [returned] as we expected.”

James Laurinaitis also did some work off to the side in practice, and Fisher said that the linebacker has not been ruled out for this week’s game.

Rams alumni linebacker Isiah Robertson is in town and was around Rams Park yesterday.

“What an honor to have him in the building and out to practice,” Fisher said. “Really, really great career -- you talk about his numbers, and stats, and everything. Remember watching him -- just played the game the way you play at the linebacker position.”

Robertson went to six Pro Bowls as a member of the Rams in the 1970s. He amassed 18 interceptions in eight seasons with the franchise.

Center Scott Wells chatted with our Casey Phillips yesterday about getting back on the field healthy, and -- perhaps more importantly -- how that bushy beard of his stacks up against his teammates.

The second edition of “What the Hekk?” with punter Johnny Hekker and Rams reporter Casey Phillips airs tonight from on ESPN 101. Tune in from 6-7 p.m. for some fun with Johnny and his teammates.

It is the last day of camp, so be sure to come on out to Rams Park at 3:30 p.m. for your final chance to see your favorite team practice.
