Each weekday, theRams.com will be taking a look around the internet for the top Rams headlines of the day. Here's a look at what's out there for Tuesday September 25th about your Los Angeles Rams.
Early Tuesday Morning, Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay sent out a memo to the city of Los Angeles, asking employers to let any employees who plan to go to Thursday night's game off of work a bit early on gameday. The Rams will welcome the Vikings to the L.A. Coliseum for Thursday Night Football, and are slated to kickoff at 5:20 p.m.
The memo ran in Tuesday's L.A. Times and on social media.
Here's how a handful of fans reacted to Thursday's memo on Twitter:
GOFF PASSING UNDER PRESSURE
Quarterback Jared Goff's strong Week 3 performance was once again supplemented by a protective offensive line. According to Pro Football Focus' Mike Castiglione, Goff was perfect when rushers broke through and forced him from the pocket.
"Goff was one of our Week 3 Sunday Standouts, and not just because three different Rams' linemen went the whole game without surrendering a single pressure. The former top overall draft pick was accurate on 88.2 percent of his aimed throws and managed a perfect passer rating of 158.3 on his four dropbacks when pressure did get to him."
