Experience of a Lifetime: Rams to offer young fans opportunity to workout with Aaron Donald

In celebration of the NFL's 100th season, the Los Angeles Rams will invite one lucky fan to workout with two-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald.

To enter, fans who are between the ages of 13 to 18 must visit www.therams.com/experience-of-a-lifetime and submit a short essay about how they exemplify Aaron Donald's motto of "hard work pays off" in their own lives. Each contestant will also be required to post on their Instagram or Twitter channels accompanied by the hashtags #trainwithAD and #nfl100contestto be eligible.

"Since day one, my dad has always told me that 'hard work pays off,'" said Aaron Donald. "I'm excited to spend some time with a hardworking Rams fan and pay forward some of the things that my coaches and trainers have showed me throughout my career. I've always had great mentors who encouraged me to take my game to the next level, so I enjoy opportunities to provide the same support to others who have big dreams."

In addition to a one-on-one training session with one of the NFL's top players, the winner also will receive a Fantennial package that includes four tickets and four pregame field passes to the Rams vs. Buccaneers game on September 29; a personalized Rams jersey; an invitation to attend a Rams practice and the team's Fantennial Rally with three guests; and a two night hotel stay in Los Angeles.

The entry period began on Wednesday, September 4 at 6:00 PM PT and will conclude on Wednesday, September 18 at 11:59 PM PT.

NFL 100 is the league's year-long celebration of its 100th season in 2019 and features a series of events, initiatives and programming centered around fans, players and communities. The historic and unprecedented celebration will salute millions of fans who love the game; highlight the unifying nature of football and its positive impact on communities; bring together generations of past, present and future players; and look ahead to the NFL's next 100 years.
