Injury Report 1/30: Greg Zuerlein listed as limited for Rams first practice day of the week

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Both the Rams and Patriots put out pretty clean injury reports four days from Super Bowl LIII.

For the Rams, both safety Blake Countess and kicker Greg Zuerlein were listed for their respective foot injuries. Countess, who came away from the NFC Championship game in a walking boot could be seen working with trainers on the sidelines of the Falcons' training facility and was listed as a non-participant in the Rams' walk-thru at the Falcons facility in Flowery Branch — just outside of Atlanta.

"Feel good, feel really good," head coach Sean McVay told pool reporter Charean Williams. "I think Blake will be OK with his foot and same thing with Greg. And, really, that's all you can ask for this time of year to be as healthy as we are."

Southern California Media group's Rich Hammond reported on Wednesday that Zuerlein's "feels fine", but will stick to his weekly schedule of not kicking on Wednesdays.

McVay said Zuerlein did wind up kicking a few balls from the turf in the midweek practice, the kicker was listed as limited.

On the other side of things, the Patriots' previously blank injury report featured defensive tackle Malcom Brown, with a listed calf injury.

New England's Wednesday pool report said Brown "was at practice wearing his helmet but spent most of the session on the sideline" and that Brown was the only non-participant.

"He did some stuff early in practice today," Belichick told Jenny Vrentas. "Everybody else was good to go."
