In order to access your mobile tickets and add them to your digital wallet, please ensure your mobile device is using the most recent operating system on iOS (16.4) or Android (13.0), and the most recent version of the Rams mobile app. When adding to wallet, iPhone users will be prompted to take a one-time action of linking their Ticketmaster account to their Apple iCloud account using FaceID or passcode before adding to wallet.
