The Rams' 2025 draft was powerful and exciting in many ways, from staging it inside LAFD Air Operations headquarters in Van Nuys, to trading out out of the first round on Day 1, to trading up three times on Day 3 to aggressively go after the prospects they wanted.
Behind The Grind will take you behind the scenes of all of it in Episode 2 of this year's series, taking viewers inside scouts meetings, the approach to the 2023 and 2024 draft classes, honoring first responders at draft headquarters and of course the war room itself as general manager Les Snead, head coach Sean McVay and vice president of football and business administration Tony Pastoors navigated the board and trades.
