Winners of six-consecutive games and in first place in the NFC , the Rams will look to keep that momentum going as they hit the road to take on the Panthers at Bank of America Stadium in Week 13. Kickoff on Sunday in Charlotte is scheduled for 10 a.m. pacific time on FOX.
In advance of the contest, here is your First Look at Rams-Panthers.

Notable Panthers additions
- Selected former Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan in the first round (eighth overall) of this year's draft. McMillan has established himself as quarterback Bryce Young's favorite and top target, with team-highs of 56 receptions on 96 targets for 783 yards and five touchdowns, and has made a strong case for Offensive Rookie of the Year.
- Signed former Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle to a one-year deal on March 12: Dowdle has brought speed and explosiveness to Carolina's backfield with 174 carries for 871 yards and five touchdowns, all of which lead the team.
Top performers in Week 12
Young completed 18 of 29 pass attempts for 169 yards and one touchdown against two interceptions in the Panthers' 20-9 road loss to the 49ers on Monday Night Football.
Dowdle led Carolina in both rushing (six carries for 38 yards) and receiving (four receptions for 36 yards), while McMillan (two receptions for 35 yards) was on the receiving end of Young's lone touchdown pass.
Cornerback Jaycee Horn accounted for two of three interceptions collected by the Panthers' defense against 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy.
Kicker Ryan Fitzgerald made 1 of 2 field goal attempts – the miss was from 57 yards – while punter Sam Martin averaged 50.3 yards per punt across four punts.
Early storylines to watch, and what they mean for the Rams
The potential absence of Horn looms large after he exited Monday night's game with a concussion. He currently leads the league with five picks, so if he is unable to clear the protocol this week, it would leave Carolina's secondary without its best player.
Still, this is a defense that will be familiar with the Rams' offense, as former safeties/secondary coach and pass game coordinator Ejiro Evero has been the Panthers' defensive coordinator since 2023. By the same token, the Rams will be well-versed in the rules of the Panthers' defense.
Meanwhile, both teams will enter this game with plenty of motivation from their standings in the division and the conference: The 9-2 Rams are in first in the NFC and the NFC West but the 8-3 Seahawks and 8-4 49ers aren't far behind; likewise, the 6-6 Panthers are within striking distance of the NFC South-leading Buccaneers (6-5).
