General FAQs

What are the dates for Training Camp and are all practices open to the public?

The Rams will host 8 open practices at LMU from July 25th – August 3rd . All guests must have a ticket for entry. While tickets are free, capacity is limited, and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. To claim your free tickets, view practice dates, along with timing and additional information, please visit therams.com/trainingcamp.

Where is Training Camp?

Training Camp is hosted at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. Practices will take place on Sullivan Field. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for map details.

What time does Training Camp open?

Training Camp opening times and practices vary by date. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for more information. Parking lots will open 2 hours before gates open on each day of camp.

How long does practice last?

Practice typically lasts between 1-2 hours but is subject to change. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for more information.

Will Training Camp return to Irvine in 2025?

The location for any future camps beyond 2024 will be announced at a later time.

Why is LMU the new site for Training Camp?

This year, the Los Angeles Rams wanted to rethink Training Camp and decided to bring it into Los Angeles. Building on a partnership with LMU that started in 2023, LMU will host 2024 Rams Training Camp presented by UNIFY Financial Credit Union on its Westchester campus. LMU will become the Rams House as Rams coaches and players stay in LMU's residence halls, train in the Lions' athletics facilities, and dine and hold meetings on campus.

What items are prohibited at Training Camp?

Management is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Safety protocol will include walk-through weapons detection system and enforcement of the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Guests should plan their arrival accordingly to allow ample time for the screening process.

To expedite entrance into the venue, please limit the number of items brought through the security screening.

Prohibited Items (including, but may not be limited to):

  • Any bag larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
    • Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the event.
  • Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)
  • Air horns, whistles, cowbells, portable speakers or amplifiers, or any artificial noise makers
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Balloons
  • Cigarettes, vapes, or smoking devices of any kind
  • Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any event participant, other guests, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the event, or any technology-related service provided at the event
  • Drones (or any other aerial devices)
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter
  • Hard-sided containers or coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags and large traditional seat cushions that have pockets
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Laptop computers, tablets, monitors, televisions, or computer peripherals
  • Umbrellas
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Obscene language printed on signs or apparel of any kind
  • Outside food and beverages, glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses of any kind*
  • Professional photography equipment (cameras & Lenses longer than 6" length)
  • Projectiles (including Frisbees, beach balls, etc.)
  • Stickers, demonstration props, promotional gear, apparel, or materials intended for distribution at the event
  • Flags, banners, signs or other paraphernalia that is not event related
  • Wheeled footwear, skateboards and hoverboards

Exceptions will also be made for medically necessary and/or special needs items after proper inspection at designated locations. This includes medically necessary food or beverages.

Management reserves the right to prohibit any items at our discretion.

Tickets

Do I need a ticket to attend Training Camp?

Yes, all fans must have a valid ticket to attend Training Camp. We encourage you to attend as many days of Training Camp as you like, however you will need to register individually for each day you would like to attend. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp.

Capacity is very limited and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. Tickets may not be available on-site.

Do children need tickets to attend?

All individuals regardless of age must register in advance to acknowledge the terms and conditions of attending Training Camp and have a valid ticket. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

How much do tickets cost?

Training Camp is a free event that is open to the public, however, capacity is very limited and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day.

Does claiming a ticket online guarantee admission to Training Camp?

No, claiming a ticket does not guarantee entry. Admittance into Training Camp will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for those with valid tickets.

When should I arrive to Training Camp?

Gates will open one hour prior to the scheduled practice time. We recommend fans arrive early and plan for traffic as the length of practice is subject to change and there is limited capacity in the venue.

I would like to attend multiple practices. Do I need a different ticket every day?

You will need to register individually for each day you would like to attend. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp prior to visiting to ensure availability. Tickets may not be available on-site.

How do I access my ticket(s)?

Once you have completed your ticket registration, you can access your tickets via your Universe account or via your confirmation email. Guests are encouraged to download their tickets prior to arrival.

Ticket Registration Method:

After inputting your information and hitting "register" you will have the option to print your ticket(s), open your ticket(s) within the Universe app or view your ticket(s) online through Universe.

Accessing tickets through your Universe Account:

  • Navigate to universe.com
  • Select "Log-In" in the top right-hand corner.
  • Input your Universe email and password (the same one(s) used with your ticket registration) and log in
  • Select your name in the top right-hand corner
  • Choose "My Tickets"
  • Select "View Ticket" for each ticket you wish to access.
  • If viewing via mobile device, you may select the option to add ticket(s) to your mobile wallet

Accessing tickets through your Confirmation Email:

Once you have completed your ticket registration, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Universe. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Your confirmation email will contain all tickets registered to that email address as a PDF attachment, as well as in the body of the email itself.

If viewing on a mobile device, you may select the option to add ticket(s) to your mobile wallet.

Is re-entry permitted?

Guests with a valid ticket will be able to exit and re-enter training camp, though must check-in with staff at the exit to receive a re-entry stamp as your ticket will no longer be valid.

What is the Inclement Weather Policy?

In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary for the team to move or cancel practice. Public practices moved due to weather will not be rescheduled. Please be sure to follow the official Rams' X account, @RamsNFL, to get the latest Training Camp updates, including practice time changes or cancellations due to weather.

Parking

Where can I find more information on parking?

Please visit the parking page for details. Parking is available for fans in Lot A but everyone must enter from Lincoln Blvd. & Loyola Marymount University Dr. Additional parking will be available in the Drollinger Garage if Lot A is full (See parking map). Parking is $15 per day. Please note, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking for training camp is not permitted in residential areas. Vehicles and pedestrians will not be able to access camp from Loyola Blvd. Parking payment information will be available at a later date.

Is there Accessible Parking?

Yes, accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those with the appropriate placard or license plate in the first two rows of Lot A. Guests utilizing accessible parking will be charged the standard rate ($15 per day) when purchasing in advance or on event day. Please visit the parking page for more details.

Things To Do

Can I tailgate before practice?

Tailgating of any kind, including the use of alcohol, barbequing, or setting up temporary furniture is strictly prohibited on university property, including parking lots and parking structures.

How do I watch practice?

Bleacher seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis near the practice field. Please note that there is limited capacity. Accessible seating is also available on the bleachers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are the bleachers shaded?

Bleacher seating at LMU is not shaded. It is strongly recommended you wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.

Is Training Camp appropriate for all ages? Will there be any activities for younger attendees?

Training Camp is open for all ages. We encourage families to attend our Fan Zone for youth activities.

Will merchandise be available for purchase?

Merchandise will be available for purchase at the Merchandise Tent near the Training Camp entrance. Please note, the Merchandise Tent is located outside the ticketed perimeter of Training Camp. As such, guests leaving the ticketed perimeter will need to see staff upon exit for a hand stamp to re-enter.

Do Rams Season Ticket Members receive their 15% discount on merchandise purchases?

Yes! Season Ticket Members can show their Rams Membership Card in their online Account Manager during checkout to redeem. Use the Rams App or www.therams.com/AM to access your Membership Card, which is located beneath all 2024 game tickets and season parking (if applicable).

Will there be food and beverages available?

Food trucks (located outside of the ticketed perimeter) and concessions will be available during the duration of practice and beer will be sold at the Corona Bar and Corona Beer Garden. As such, guests will need to see staff upon exit for a hand stamp to re-enter.

How do I access the Corona Beer Garden?

All fans will be allowed access into the Corona Beer Garden area. However, fans who would like to purchase alcohol must provide proof of identification for 21 and older at the beverage stands. Fans will receive a wristband upon identification check. Wristbands must be worn and be visible at all times for fans drinking alcohol in this designated area.

What can I expect to experience at Training Camp?

Fans can experience an intimate viewing of the team practicing. Additional activities including a Fan Zone complete with a mini football field for kids to participate in skills-and-drills stations, and other activations. Food and beverage will be available for purchase alongside a unique Corona Beer Garden for guests ages 21 and older. Additionally, each day of camp will feature a gate giveaway while supplies last.

Accessibility & Guest Resources

Is there accessible parking?

Yes, accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those with the appropriate placard or license plate in the first two rows of Lot A. Guests utilizing accessible parking will be charged the standard rate ($15 per day) when purchasing in advance or on event day.

Is Training Camp ADA accessible?

Yes, our activation spaces are accessible and ADA seating will be available on the bleachers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where do I go if I have questions?

If you have questions, please visit Guest Information located within the entry experience. For questions about tickets, please see the Ticket Resolution tent located outside of the fan entry.

Where are first-aid services located?

There will be two first-aid tents: one in the Fan Zone and one behind the bleacher seating at the practice field. Please inform the nearest uniformed staff of any situation and they will contact attendants on-site to assist you.

Is there ADA access to seating?

There will be ADA accessible seating available on a first come, first served basis on the bleachers as well as companion seating.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, there will be public restrooms available in the entry experience walkway, near the Corona Beer Garden, behind the bleachers and near the hospitality check-in area. Please review the training camp map for location details.

Are there changing rooms available?

There are changing stalls available in the women's restroom located in the Entry Experience.
