2025 Practice Information & FAQs

General Information

What are the dates for Training Camp and are all practices open to the public?

The Rams will host 8 open practices at LMU from July 24th – August 3rd. All guests must have a ticket for entry. While tickets are free, capacity is limited, and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. To claim your free tickets, view practice dates and times, please visit therams.com/trainingcamp.

Where is Training Camp?

Training Camp is hosted at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. Practices will take place on Sullivan Field. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for map details.

What time does Training Camp open?

Training Camp opening times and practices vary by date. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for more information.

How long does practice last?

Practices typically last between 1-2 hours, all timing is subject to change, including the potential for practices to be cut shorter or run longer than advertised. Please visit therams.com/trainingcamp for more information.

Tickets & Entry

Do I need a ticket to attend Training Camp?

Yes, all fans must have a valid ticket to attend Training Camp. We encourage you to attend as many days of Training Camp as you like, however you will need to register individually for each day you would like to attend. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp.

Capacity is very limited and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. Tickets may not be available on-site.

Do children need tickets to attend?

All individuals, regardless of age, must register in advance to acknowledge the terms and conditions of attending Training Camp and have a valid ticket. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.

How much do tickets cost?

Training Camp is a free event that is open to the public, however, capacity is very limited and we recommend claiming your tickets prior to arrival to ensure availability. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day.

Does claiming a ticket online guarantee admission to Training Camp?

No, claiming a ticket does not guarantee entry. Admittance into Training Camp will be on a first-come, first-served basis for those with valid tickets.

I would like to attend multiple practices. Do I need a different ticket every day?

You will need to register individually for each day you would like to attend. You may claim up to four (4) tickets per day and registration is required for each individual day. Register and claim your tickets by visiting therams.com/trainingcamp prior to visiting to ensure availability. Tickets may not be available on-site.

How do I access my ticket(s)?

Once you have completed your ticket registration, you can access your tickets via your Universe account or via your confirmation email. Guests are encouraged to download their tickets prior to arrival.

Ticket Registration Method:

After inputting your information and hitting "register" you will have the option to print your ticket(s), open your ticket(s) within the Universe app or view your ticket(s) online through Universe.

Accessing tickets through your Universe Account:

  • Navigate to universe.com

  • Select "Log In" in the top right-hand corner.

  • Input your Universe email and password (the same one(s) used with your ticket registration) and log in

  • Select your name in the top right-hand corner

  • Choose "My Tickets"

  • Select "View Ticket" for each ticket you wish to access.

  • If viewing via mobile device, you may select the option to add ticket(s) to your mobile wallet

Accessing tickets through your Confirmation Email:

Once you have completed your ticket registration, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Universe. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Your confirmation email will contain all tickets registered to that email address as a PDF attachment, as well as in the body of the email itself.

If viewing on a mobile device, you may select the option to add ticket(s) to your mobile wallet.

How do I transfer tickets?
  1. Login to your Universe account
    1. Navigate to universe.com
    2. Select "Log In" in the top right-hand corner.
    3. Input your Universe email and password (the same one(s) used with your ticket registration) and log-in. If you have not yet setup a password with Universe, select "Forgot Password" using the email address you used to register for your Universe tickets.
  2. Access your tickets
    1. Select your name in the top right-hand corner
    2. Choose "My Tickets" and locate the event that you would like to transfer tickets for
  3. Transfer your tickets
    1. Please note, Universe only allows transfers on an individual ticket basis. You must transfer each ticket individually, even if they are going to the same recipient.
    2. Select the "More" drop-down button for the individual ticket you wish to transfer. For desktop users, this will be to the right of the "View ticket" button; for mobile users, this will be underneath the "View ticket" button.
    3. Select "Transfer ticket"
    4. Enter the First name, Last name, and Email address of the recipient and select the "Transfer ticket" button
When should I arrive to Training Camp?

Gates will open approximately one hour prior to the scheduled practice time. We recommend fans arrive early and plan for traffic as the length of practice is subject to change and there is limited capacity in the venue.

Permitted / Prohibited Items

Please see the "Event Security Policies & Procedures" section below for a full list of items that will be prohibited from entry.

Re-Entry Policy

Guests with a valid ticket will be able to exit and re-enter Training Camp, though must check in with staff at the exit to receive a re-entry stamp. Event tickets will no longer be valid once initially scanned.

Lost Ticket / Ticket Resolution

There will be a ticket resolution tent in Lot B (near the main entrance) for any ticket assistance questions or issues.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary for the team to move or cancel practice. Public practices moved due to weather might not be rescheduled. Please be sure to follow the official Rams' X account, @RamsNFL, to get the latest Training Camp updates, including practice time changes or cancellations due to weather.

Parking

Where can I find more information on parking?

Please visit the parking page for details. Paid parking is available for fans in Lot A but everyone must enter from Lincoln Blvd. & Loyola Marymount University Dr. Additional parking will be available in the Drollinger Garage if Lot A is full (See parking map). Please note, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking for Training Camp is not permitted in residential areas. Vehicles and pedestrians will not be able to access the campus from Loyola Blvd.

Rideshare Options

Address for Rideshare Apps: 1 LMU Drive, Los Angeles, CA

Rideshare pickup / drop-off must enter the campus via Lincoln Blvd. & Loyola Marymount University Drive. Vehicles will pick up and drop off along Lot A on Loyola Blvd.

Event Security Policies & Procedures

Permitted/Prohibited Items

Management is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all patrons. Safety protocol will include walk-through weapons detection system and enforcement of the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Guests should plan their arrival accordingly to allow ample time for the screening process.

To expedite entrance into the venue, please limit the number of items brought through the security screening.

Prohibited Items (including, but may not be limited to):

  • Any bag larger than 12" x 6" x 12"

  • In accordance with the NFL's Clear Bag Policy, bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the event.

  • This policy includes the prohibition of any hard-sided containers or coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags and large traditional seat cushions that have pockets

  • Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)

  • Aerosol sunscreen will be permitted but may require further inspection by event security.

  • Any artificial noisemakers, including but not limited to air horns, whistles, cowbells, portable speakers or amplifiers

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)

  • Balls, frisbees, beach balls or throwable objects of any kind

  • Footballs intended for autographs will be permitted, however any footballs, balls, or potential projectile objects that are thrown during the event (i.e. "playing catch") are subject to confiscation by event personnel

  • Balloons

  • Cigarettes, vapes, or smoking devices of any kind

  • Drones (or any other aerial devices)

  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind

  • This policy also applies to any off-duty law enforcement personnel or sworn officers. Exceptions will not be made for officers, even if in uniform or with identification, to carry into the venue.

  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter

  • Flags, banners, clothing, signs or other paraphernalia that is not event related

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Laptop computers, tablets, monitors, televisions, or computer peripherals

  • Laser pens/pointers

  • Motorcycle or bicycle helmets

  • Obscene language printed on signs or apparel of any kind

  • Outside food and beverages, glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses of any kind

  • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary and/or special needs items after proper inspection by event security.

  • Professional photography or videography equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 6" length)

  • Stickers, demonstration props, promotional gear, apparel, or materials intended for distribution at the event

  • Umbrellas

  • Wheeled footwear, skateboards and hoverboards

Management reserves the right to prohibit any items at our discretion.

Emergency Assistance

For any emergency, promptly dial 9-1-1. LMU Campus Safety can be reached at 310-338-2893. If a request is non-urgent, please locate the nearest LMU, Rams, or Event personnel for assistance, or visit the designated Guest Information tent located in the Entry Experience.

First Aid Locations

Paramedic assistance will be available during all open practice days. There will be two first-aid tents: one in the Fan Zone and one behind the bleacher seating at the practice field. Please inform the nearest uniformed staff of any situation and they will contact attendants on-site to assist you.

Evacuation Plan

In the event of an evacuation, please remain calm and follow the direction of all event personnel. There are pre-determined evacuation zones and all guests will be redirected to the closest one depending on the nature and location of the incident.

Things To Do

What can I expect to experience at Training Camp?

Fans can experience an intimate viewing of the team practicing. Additional activities including a Fan Zone complete with a mini football field for kids to participate in skills-and-drills stations, and other activations. Food and beverage will be available for purchase alongside a unique Corona Beer Garden for guests ages 21 and older. Additionally, each day of camp will feature a gate giveaway, while supplies last.

Tailgate Policy

Tailgating of any kind, including the use of alcohol, barbequing, or setting up temporary furniture is strictly prohibited on university property, including parking lots and parking structures.

Where to Watch Practice

Bleacher seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis near the practice field. Due to high demand, we strongly encourage fans to arrive early to get seats in the bleacher area. If bleacher seating becomes full, staff will ask fans to begin queuing behind the bleachers which may mean standing for prolonged periods and/or missing the ability to view practice.

Accessible seating is also available on the bleachers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note, bleacher seating is not shaded. We strongly It is strongly recommended you wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.

Is Training Camp appropriate for all ages? Will there be any activities for younger attendees?

Training Camp is open for all ages. We encourage families to attend our Fan Zone for youth activities.

Merchandise Locations

Merchandise will be available for purchase at the Merchandise Tent near the Training Camp entrance. Please note, the Merchandise Tent is located outside the ticketed perimeter of Training Camp. As such, guests leaving the ticketed perimeter will need to see staff upon exit for a hand stamp to re-enter.

Player Autographs

We will not be holding formal autograph sessions for attendees. Occasionally, players may themselves choose to come towards fan areas or bleacher seating to sign autographs, however there is no guarantee that they will go to any specific area. At any point if fan behavior risks the safety or experience of other guests, event personnel will ask guests to leave the experience and/or discourage players from autographs.

Accessibility & Guest Resources

Is Training Camp ADA accessible?

Yes, our activation spaces are accessible and ADA seating will be available on the bleachers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accessible Parking Options

Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for those with the appropriate placard or license plate in the first two rows of Lot A. Guests utilizing accessible parking will be charged the standard rate ($15 per day) when purchasing in advance or on event day.

ADA Seating Options

There will be ADA accessible seating available in the practice viewing area bleachers on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as companion seating.

Restroom Locations

Public restrooms will be available in the entry experience, near the Corona Beer Garden, behind the bleachers and near the hospitality check-in area.

Changing Rooms

There are changing stalls available in the women's restroom located in the Entry Experience. For any additional needs or assistance, please visit the Guest Information tent in the Entry Experience.

Lost & Found

Lost & found while on site can be found at the Guest Information tent in the Entry Experience. If looking for an item after a practice has concluded, please e-mail info@therams.nfl.com and we will respond as soon as we are able.

Food & Beverage

Concessions Information

Full concessions information and pricing will be available closer to the start of Training Camp.

F&B Locations

Food trucks and concessions will be available during the duration of practice and beer will be sold at the Corona Bar and Corona Beer Garden. As such, guests will need to see staff upon exit for a hand stamp to re-enter.

Corona Beer Garden

All fans will be allowed access into the Corona Beer Garden area. However, fans who would like to purchase alcohol must provide proof of identification for 21 and older at the beverage stands. Fans will receive a wristband upon identification check. Wristbands must be worn and be visible at all times for fans drinking alcohol in this designated area.

Training Camp Presale

Season Ticket Members received presale access to Training Camp Tickets before the general public. The presale period ended at 3pm on June 25, 2025.

Merchandise Discount

Season Ticket Members will receive a 15% discount on Merchandise at Training Camp by showing their Rams Pass in their Rams app at checkout.
