The 2024 Seat Relocation Program will begin in mid-April. The program will occur in waves with Members being assigned a window of time when they can view available seat options. A few days prior to your assigned relocation window, you will receive an email with the specific date and time your window opens. Your relocation window will only be open for 24 hours after it begins, so please be vigilant and keep an eye out for your email.

Please read below to learn more about eligibility requirements to participate in the program.

To participate in the 2024 Seat Relocation Program, Members must have met the below requirements:

• Members must have personally attended at least 3 games during the 2023 season with one or more of their season tickets.
• 2024 Season Tickets renewed by the Early Renewal Deadline of February 15.
• Be paid in full or compliant on annual SSL installment as of March 1, 2024.

Members who met the above requirements and had interest in participating were asked to opt-in through a form emailed on March 13. The deadline to opt-in was March 27.

By opting into the program, you will receive a time period in April to view available relocation options. If you choose to relocate, you will receive contracts to sign to confirm and finalize your relocation.  If you do not find new seats, you will remain in your current seats.

If upgrading to a different pricing tier from your current location, or adding seats, you must pay the balance on both the SSL and season tickets within 5 days of signing your new SSL Agreement.

For your SSL, you will be able to pay the balance in full or enroll in a new 10-year SSL Installment Plan. Please note that when choosing the Installment Plan, the full amount of the new SSL location will be included on the plan (not the upgrade balance) and your previous payments will be applied toward the annual installments starting with Year 1 (2024).

You are able to relocate once and will have a 24 hour window to make your selection. Please make sure you are comfortable with your new location before finalizing.
