Biography

What was your favorite academic subject growing up? Anatomy! It has been fascinating for me to learn how our bodies move and adapt, especially growing up as a dancer. This is what inspired me to study Kinesiology and further expand my knowledge and career in exercise science.

If you could make one change in the world, what would it be? I would love to change how people see themselves. We can all learn to be more confident and kind to ourselves and I think this would make the world a much happier place.

Who is your biggest fan? My biggest fan is my husband, James! He is in the stands at each game and even learned the names of every single sideline routine so he can help me practice them. No matter where we are at, if he hears music he will call out a sideline and make sure I know it!

Favorite memory so far as a Rams Cheerleader? Walking in the West Hollywood Pride Parade with my teammates and Rams staff! Inclusion and visibility are so important to me, so being a part of this organization that shares these same values and actively works to promote them in the community means the world to me.

Do pineapples belong on pizza?  Absolutely! I love mixing sweet and savory!

What's next on your bucket list? I've never traveled outside of the U.S. and would love to visit Ireland to learn more about my family's history.

What is your #1 gameday essential? My Rams socks! I wear them every single game under my white boots.

Most adventurous thing you've ever done in your life? I repelled down a 100 foot waterfall. It was both exhilarating and peaceful!

Describe your dream vacation. My dream vacation is anywhere warm and tropical!

How did you get your start dancing? My parents signed me up for dance classes when I was 3 years old! I actually didn't love dance at first and would only agree to go because my teacher was wearing cow print tap shoes.

What is your pre-gameday hype song? Any Pitbull song! I have a pre-game day playlist of all of my favorite Pitbull songs that I listen to on the way to the stadium... even if it's 7am!

Most embarrassing dance memory? In high school, I was at a dance competition and was in the middle of a piece where I had a solo floor section in front of the group. Unfortunately during my solo I completely rolled off the front of the stage! Luckily the drop wasn't very far and I jumped back up after a very close encounter with the judges.

Your go-to karaoke song? Man! I Feel Like a Woman by Shania Twain

What is your guilty pleasure? Korean BBQ!

How would your best friend describe you? Hardworking and loyal.

Coffee or tea? Easy- coffee!

Favorite thing about Los Angeles? This city is full of people chasing their dreams- it's so inspiring!

Favorite charity or cause that you love to support? I love working with Miracles for Kids, a non- profit organization in Irvine, CA. Volunteers donate money, clothing, medical supplies, housing, and uplifting messages and cards to families with children suffering from critical and chronic diagnoses. My family has experienced very similar hardships, so I love being able to help inspire hope for these families and spread joy in our community.

Advice to your younger self? Be yourself, always.

What would it mean to you to be a Rams cheerleader? Being a Rams Cheerleader means exuding this organization's passion for community. I am constantly overwhelmed by the love and support I feel for our city when I'm in rehearsals, games, and community events. I am so proud to be a positive example of inclusion and community awareness while living my dream and performing in the greatest stadium!

What are you looking forward to the most this season? I am most looking forward to our Junior Cheer involvement! I had a wonderful time working with young dancers and cheerleaders in our community last season, and am so excited to welcome them back to SOFI!
