NFL Player Care Foundation
NFL Player Care Foundation (PCF) is an independent organization dedicated to helping retired players improve their quality of life. Through charitable grants that support research and offer relief to disadvantaged and distressed retired players, the PCF has enacted several programs to improve the quality of life for former players.

NFL Foundation
The National Football League (NFL) Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those touched by the game of football – from players at all levels to communities across the country. The NFL Foundation and its members, the 32 NFL clubs, support the health, safety and wellness of athletes, youth football, and the communities that support our game.

NFL Players Association
Network with other former NFL players in your area! Each year, the NFLPA visits 35+ cities around the country to connect with former NFL players. Local chapters host social networking events, community activities, and distribute scholarships to local, deserving youth.
NFL Alumni Organization
Alumni are offered a diverse package of medical, business, and legal services to help keep them and their families healthy, productive, and connected to the league and their former teammates.
Pro Football Retired Players Association
PFRPA is the first independent and court-established retired NFL player organization, exclusively designed to develop programs and benefits for the betterment of retired NFL players.
Edwards Lifesciences
Edwards Lifesciences and the Los Angeles Rams have teamed up to make screening for heart valve disease a priority.
Cigna's NFL Work/Life Resources
All former players and anyone living in their household have access to services including Crisis intervention; Critical Incident Stress Management; Unlimited telephonic consultation; Referral to face-to-face or virtual Employee Assistance Program counseling services with a Cigna provider.
NFL Lifeline
Service available to all former players and their family members. 24/7 independent, confidential crisis intervention and mental health support from trained clinicians. Individuals can call the hotline or chat with a counselor online.
