Chris Driggers enters his third season with the Rams as personnel executive and his 30th season in the NFL.
He spent the previous 27 years with the Jaguars in various roles, most recently as director of pro personnel. He served six seasons as the director of pro personnel after spending the previous six seasons as a pro scout. Prior to his time as a pro scout, Driggers spent nine seasons scouting the Southwest region of the country.
He began his career with the Jaguars in the football operations department before moving to the role of salary cap administrator, assisting in player contract proposals, salary cap administration and negotiating player contracts. He became a scouting assistant in 1998 and joined the Jaguars in 1994.
During his time in Jacksonville, the Jaguars won three divison titles (1998-1999, 2017), made seven playoff appearances, and reached the AFC Championship three times (1996, 1999, 2017).
A native of Jacksonville, Driggers graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in finance. He and his wife, Alyson, have three sons - Thomas, Travis and Tyler.
