On January 12, 2017, Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke named Sean McVay the 23rd full-time head coach in franchise history. McVay became the youngest coach in modern NFL history at 30 years old.

He has led the Rams to seven playoff berths and two Super Bowl appearances in his first nine seasons, winning Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium. McVay, who turned 39 in January, has a 92-57 regular season record and is 10-5 in the playoffs. Leading up to the 2025 season, his 80 regular season wins are the third-most by a coach before turning 40 in NFL history, behind only Curly Lambeau (130) and George Halas (107). He also has led the Rams to eight winning seasons with four NFC West titles. McVay is currently the fourth-youngest head coach in the NFL despite entering his ninth season at the helm, making him the fourth-longest tenured coach in the NFL behind Mike Tomlin, Andy Reid and John Harbaugh.

Nate Scheelhaase is entering his third season with the Los Angeles Rams and his first as the offensive coordinator.

He spent the 2025 season as the pass game coordinator and the 2024 season an offensive assistant and pass game specialist.

In 2025, the Rams passing offense finished atop the league in many metrics. The Rams offense finished first in passing yards (4,557) and passing touchdowns (46), second in passer rating (109.0) and passing first downs, fourth in yards per attempts (7.9) and seventh in completions (388). He helped guide quarterback Matthew Stafford to an MVP season while wide receiver Puka Nacua finished third in Offensive Player of the Year voting. In his first season with the Rams, wide receiver Davante Adams also led the NFL in touchdown receptions (14) despite missing three games due to injury.

In Scheelhaase’s first NFL season, he guided a passing attack that ranked 10th in passing yards (3,868) and passing yards per game (227.5), 12th in yards per reception (11.2), and 13th in completions (367). The Rams receiving core totaled just 15 drops all season, the sixth-fewest in the NFL. QB Matthew Stafford surpassed 3,000 passing yards in a season for the 12th time in his career and became the 13th-different quarterback to accomplish the feat in NFL history. Chris Shula enters his 10th season with the Rams and his third as the defensive coordinator.

In 2025, Shula led a unit that finished 10th in scoring defense and 12th in rushing defense. They forced the fifth-most turnovers in the league with 26, including 16 interceptions and 10 fumble recoveries, and ranked fifth in pressure rate generated (38.0%).

Bubba Ventrone enters his first season with the Rams as the team's special teams coordinator. This will be his 12 season coaching in the NFL.

Ventrone spent the last three seasons as the Browns' special teams coordinator after serving in that same role with the Colts from 2018-22. Last season, Browns kicker Andre Szmyt had the 14th-best field goal percentage in the league at 88.9% (3.3% above the league average) as a rookie under Ventrone's leadership.

Kliff Kingsbury is entering his first season with the Los Angeles Rams as the assistant head coach.

He joins the Rams after spending the previous two seasons as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders. During the 2025 season in Washington, Kingsbury's offensive unit finished fourth in rushing yards per game (134.7), fifth in yards per rush (4.6), ninth in fourth down conversion rate (64.5%), fourth in red zone efficiency (63.2%) and eighth in goal to go efficeincy (80.8%). The offensive unit had the fourth-most rushing yards (2,290) and eighth-most rushing touchdowns (20) during the regular season.
