Kellen Clemens enters his seventh season with the Los Angeles Rams. He currently serves as the Special Assistant to the General Manager and 2026 will mark his second season in the role and third as a member of the Rams scouting department.
Prior to joining the Rams front office, Clemens spent three years at Elateus from 2021-23 and utilized the behavior assessment PRISM to assist major companies such as Nike, Campbell's, Purina and Colgate in building high-performing teams. He also facilitated every aspect of the team formation from recruitment to team building and worked closely with the University of Kansas football team to provide critical insights for coaches to understand the behavioral/instructional needs of their athletes.
Clemens spent time in agricultural real estate from 2019-21 and facilitated the purchases and sales of farms and ranches across the Pacific Northwest. He also assisted with the multi-generational transitions of both properties and operations.
Clemens also serves as the Board Chair, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Coeur du Christ Academy, a private school in Coeur d'Alene that he founded with his wife in 2022.
Clemens played 12 years in the NFL and spent time with the New York Jets (2006-10), Rams (2011-13) and Chargers (2014-17). He appeared in 64 games (21 starts) and completed 350-of-638 pass attempts for 4,053 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was selected by the Jets in the second round (49th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft after playing collegiately at Oregon.
