Meagan Roberts enters her fifteenth season with the Los Angeles Rams, currently serving as the organization's Vice President of Client Services.
In her role, Roberts oversees the comprehensive journey of Rams' Season Ticket Members and Suite Owners, as well as individual game buyers, ensuring a premium experience throughout the year that fosters long-term loyalty and engagement. As a leader within both the ticketing department and the broader organization, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of the Rams.
Roberts is focused on driving customer retention and satisfaction throughout the year through events, experiences, benefits, communication, and best-in-class customer service. She is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the ticket and suite service department, executing the annual season ticket renewal and suite collection processes, spearheading communication efforts with Season Ticket Members and Suite Owners and creating events and Member benefits. She and her team leverage tools such as CRM, phone, and email to maintain consistent communication with Season Ticket Members and Suite Owners, tracking interactions to ensure a seamless and personalized service experience. Roberts also oversees gameday guest experience that works with SoFi Stadium and third parties to ensure an operationally smooth gameday for all ticket holders.
Having been with the Rams since 2010, Roberts was instrumental in the team's historic transition back to Los Angeles. Her deep commitment to the organization and her strategic vision have been key to the Rams' success and continued growth.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Roberts earned her bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine and her master's degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University. She resides in Canoga Park with her boyfriend and their dog, Bully.
