The Rams Pass is a digital pass located exclusively within the Rams App. If you have been issued with a special offer or discount for food, non-alcoholic beverages, and/or merchandise, it will appear on your Rams Pass. Use this pass to redeem them at eligible SoFi Stadium points of sale.

Accessing Your Rams Pass Offers

Any offers and/or discounts are only available through your Rams Pass on the Rams mobile app. Once the Rams App is downloaded to your mobile device, please log in to your Ticketmaster account associated with the offer by clicking on the TICKET icon in the top right. Then follow the below steps to access your discount pass:

- Tap the icon of three horizontal lines with the word "More" (iOS) or "Menu" (Android) under them in the bottom right corner.

- Tap the Rams Pass icon towards the top middle of the screen to display your Rams Pass.

If your Rams Pass does not display, sign out of Ticketmaster using the ticket button on the top right corner of the app and then sign back in.

Redeeming Your Offers

To receive any offers and/or discounts on gameday, please have your Rams Pass ready as you are placing your order:

- At checkout, notify the cashier before paying for your items.

- After all the items have been added to your order, present your digital Rams Pass to the cashier and have it scanned.

Note: Any additional items added to your order will require you to re-scan your Rams Pass in order to receive your offer or discount on the new items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t I see the Rams Pass icon in the Rams App?

Please ensure your Rams App is updated with the latest version, as well as updating your phone's operating system. Once updated, please log out and log back in and the Rams Pass icon should appear. If you are still encountering challenges, please refer to the "Troubleshooting Guide."

Why am I not able to select, or “tap”, the Rams Pass icon?

Please ensure your phone's operating system is up to date, along with updating to the latest version of the Rams App. Once updated, please tap the TICKET icon in the top right of the app, tap "Logout", and then log back in and the Rams Pass icon should appear.

If the Rams Pass icon still will not tap, ensure your Functional privacy settings are enabled. To do this, tap "More" (iOS) or "Menu" (Android) in the bottom right corner, scroll down and tap "Settings", scroll down and tap "Privacy Settings", scroll down and ensure "Functional" is enabled, and then select "Confirm My Choices".

Is my Rams Pass transferrable to my family, friends or guests?

Your Rams Pass is NOT transferrable and is only available by logging into the designated Ticketmaster account holder's account through their Rams App.

My offer/discount didn’t apply. Is there anything that can be done?

Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply discounts. We encourage you to review our "Step-by-Step Guide" to ensure you have easy access to your Rams Pass for future purchases.

Are there any restrictions and exclusions that apply to my discount?

Yes, some restrictions and exclusions may apply. These can vary depending on the promotion.

Concession discounts are generally valid on food and non-alcoholic beverages at physical locations. They DO NOT APPLY on purchases made through UberEats, in Suites, from roaming vendors, or at grab-and-go markets.

For merchandise discounts, they are only valid at the Equipment Room at the SoFi Stadium. They DO NOT APPLY markdown or clearance items.
