2024 Seat Relocation Program FAQs

Qualifications

How do I qualify for the 2024 Seat Relocation Program?

Members who personally attended 3+ games during the 2023 Season with one or more of their Season Tickets, are on a compliant payment plan or paid in full by the Early Renewal Deadline of February 15 and have a compliant or paid in full SSL are eligible to opt-in to participation in the Seat Relocation Program.

Members who met the above qualifications must opt-in to participate in the program by filling out the form emailed on March 13, 2024.  The deadline to opt-in is March 27, 2024.

Relocation Process

How do I relocate my seats?

More information on the program, including your specific relocation window, will be emailed in early April.  The Relocation Program will take place online through Rams Account Manager on a desktop computer or mobile web browser during your assigned relocation window.

How do I know when my relocation window takes place?

A week prior to your relocation opportunity as well as the day of your window, you will receive an email with details about the specific date and time. Your relocation window will be open for 24 hours or until you select new seats, whichever comes first.

I received my time for the relocation process, and I will not have access to internet/a device. What are my other options?

If you do not have access to complete the relocation process during your designated window you are able to provide your log-in information to a trusted family member or friend to complete the process for you.

I have seats located in different locations. Will I have two separate relocation times for each section, or will all my seats be available for relocation during the same 24-hour period?

You will have one relocation window and will be able to relocate all seats in your account during this time.

Can I relocate some of my seats but not all of them? For example, if I have four (4) seats but only want to relocate two (2).

Yes, you will be able to relocate a portion of your seats but cannot leave a single seat unoccupied in the process. Please note that when relocating a portion of your seats, at minimum, you must maintain the total number of seats you began with. You will not be able to reduce the total number of seats on your account.

Will I be able to relocate on a desktop or mobile device?

Yes, you will be able to complete the relocation process on either a desktop or mobile device using the mobile browser.

I do not have a reliable device to use for the relocation process. Can I complete the relocation process on the phone with my representative?

The process is best completed on your own device so you can view inventory and locations. However, if you need additional assistance our team is available Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM at 818-338-0011 ext. 2 or info@rams.nfl.com. Please note that we anticipate a high volume of calls and emails but will assist as soon as possible.

Can I place a hold on a seat location while I decide where I want to relocate?

To ensure Season Ticket Members have fair access to options during relocation, holding seat locations will not be available.

I relocated my seats and now I am unsure that I want the seats I chose. Can I relocate a second time?

All seat relocations are FINAL and will take effect immediately. Once your seats are relocated, you will not be able to move back to your previous location or relocate again this season. Please make sure you are comfortable with your new seat selection before finalizing.

I relocated my seats, but I might want to continue to upgrade based on availability next season. Am I able to opt into the relocation program again next season?

We hope to offer the Seat Relocation Program in future seasons, based on available inventory.  Season Ticket Members who meet eligibility requirements (I.e., are compliant on SSL payments and season ticket payments and meet any game attendance requirements) will be able to opt-in to the Relocation Program every season.

Once I complete the online relocation process do I need to do anything else?

After you complete the online relocation process you will receive a new or updated SSL Agreement.  You must sign the new agreement within 24 hours of receiving it to complete the process or your seats will return back to your previous location.  If you add seats or upgrade to a higher price tier, you are required to pay the balance on both the SSL and season seat location within 5 days after the new SSL Agreement has been signed.

Will my seats be relocated for the 2024 season only, or does this relocation apply for all future seasons?

All seat relocations are FINAL and will take effect immediately once your contract is signed and any incremental payments are made.  Your new seat location will be for the upcoming 2024 season and all future seasons.  In future seasons we hope to continue to offer a Relocation Program, but there is no guarantee, and it will be based on available inventory.  Please make sure you are comfortable with your selection before finalizing.

I am not sure I want to relocate my seats. Can I still see what inventory is available?

Yes, you will be able to view available options during your relocation window.  If you are not interested or there are no options available, you will stay in your current location.  If you do not relocate your seats during your relocation window, no further action is necessary.

After looking at the available inventory, I would like to keep my current seats. Can I opt out of relocating?

If you do not find a new location that you'd like to relocate to, no further action is necessary and you will retain your same seat location(s).

I missed my 24 hour-period to relocate my seats. Can I join another 24-hour relocation period?

Unfortunately, no, if your window closes without action you will need to wait for Relocation Programs in future seasons. Please be vigilant with your emails to make sure your window is not missed.

Payment

Is there any cost to relocate my seats?

If you are relocating to seats within the same price tier, there is no cost.

If you are moving to a higher SSL or season ticket price tier you must pay the difference to upgrade. You will be required to pay the balance on both the SSL and season seat location within 5 days of signing your new SSL Agreement. For your SSL payment, you will be able to pay the balance in full or enroll in a new 10-year SSL Installment Plan. Please note that when choosing the Installment Plan, the full amount of the new SSL location will be included on the plan (not the upgrade balance) and your previous payments will be applied toward the annual installments starting with Year 1 (2024).

What happens when the seats I am relocating to are more expensive than the seats I currently have?

If you are upgrading to a higher price tier, you must pay the difference to upgrade. You will be required to pay the balance on both the SSL and season seat location within 5 days of signing your new SSL Agreement.

Can I relocate to a less expensive price tier?

You will not be able to relocate to a less expensive SSL price tier.

Can I split payments between multiple credit cards when paying the difference in cost for my seat relocation?

Yes, you will be able to split payment over multiple credit cards when logging into your online account.

Miscellaneous

I need accessible seating and I am not able to find any options?

If you are in need of accessible seating options please contact us at 818-338-0011 ext. 2 or info@rams.nfl.com. Our Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. Please note that we anticipate a high volume of calls, texts and emails so we appreciate your patience and will assist as soon as possible.

I’d like to purchase additional seats for myself, my friends or family members. Am I able to do that during relocation?

You are able to purchase up to two (2) additional seats during the relocation program.  Additional purchases will be in the name of the primary Season Ticket Member and are not eligible for immediate SSL transfer.  You will be responsible for making all payments and signing the contract in your name.

Can I reduce the number of seats on my account? For example, I currently have four (4) seats but only want two (2) moving forward.

You must "check out" with the same numbers of seats that you began with (or, up to two (2) additional seats may be added).  You will not be able to reduce the number of seats on your account during the relocation process.

Can I relocate into a Suite?

If you are interested in relocating your seats into a multi-year suite lease, please call 818-338-0011 ext. 2 or email info@rams.nfl.com to discuss details with a representative.

Is the Relocation Program the same thing as the SSL Marketplace?

The Relocation Program is a separate process from the SSL Resale Marketplace.  The SSL Marketplace allows for the sale and private transfer of SSLs.  If current Members receive new seats through the Marketplace as part of a sale or private transfer, they still retain any original seat location(s) and are responsible for payments toward the Season Tickets and SSLs.

Will this affect my ability to purchase parking?

Parking information will be released later this Summer.  Parking sales will be based on waves, beginning with VIP and Club seating, followed by Premier seating and, if passes remain available, Reserved seating.
