Rams Readers

The Rams Readers literacy program encourages elementary school students across Los Angeles to discover the excitement and adventure of reading. The program features school visits by Rampage, Rams Cheerleaders, players, staff and Legends to read "Ride With Rampage" to students.

PLAY 60 Field Days

PLAY 60 Field Days

The PLAY 60 Field Day is a health and wellness initiative to engage K – 5th grade students with the game of football in a non-competitive setting while promoting healthy eating habits and encouraging students to move their bodies for 60 minutes a day.

Watts Rams

Watts Rams

The Watts Rams is a coed youth football program coached by LAPD officers designed to bridge the divide between law enforcement and communities. The program provides young student-athletes with educational opportunities, access to Rams players, character development activities, and community service experiences.

Lincoln Rams

Lincoln Rams

Inspired by the success of the Watts Rams youth football program, the Rams adopted the "Lincoln Tigers" and renamed the teams, the Lincoln Rams. The Lincoln Rams are coached by LAPD officers serving youth in the Ramona Gardens public housing development in Boyle Heights.

Inglewood Rams

Inglewood Rams

The Rams adopted the Inglewood Parks and Recreation Flag Football League in 2019, renaming the program the Inglewood Rams. The league consists of four divisions and 26 teams with over 360 youth participants (ages 7-13).

pLAymakers

pLAymakers

The "pLAymakers" program recognizes 13 Angelenos each year for their efforts to fight injustice and pioneer with purpose in their communities. Each "pLAymaker" is showcased on the Rams website, receives a financial grant and is recognized on-field at a Rams home game at SoFi Stadium.

Rams Rookie Club

The Rams Rookie Club incorporates various community service programs throughout the season, fostering team bonding and helping the newest members of the Rams make an impact in the community. Events reach across schools and nonprofits for football clinics and camps, food distributions, beautification projects, and more.

My Cause My Cleats

My Cause My Cleats

Each year, Rams players and coaches bring awareness to charitable causes as part of the NFL's My Cause My Cleats campaign.

City Year Student Success Coaches

City Year Student Success Coaches

City Year is a national non-profit that places young adult AmeriCorps members alongside teachers in systemically under-resourced schools to improve academic outcomes and provide social and emotional support for students. The Rams have funded City Year "student success coaches" at schools in Inglewood and Watts.

Kenny Washington Scholarship

Kenny Washington Scholarship

The Kenny Washington Memorial Scholarship celebrates Kenny Washington and his impact on the Rams and the NFL. The scholarship provides up to four years of financial support and advisement from Fulfillment Fund for 13 students from lower-resourced communities who are among the first in their families to pursue post-secondary education.

The Pathways to Success program offers local high school students mentorship from Rams front office staff members and features workshops designed to foster personal and professional growth.

LA Promise Fund Intern Project

LA Promise Fund Intern Project

The Rams have partnered with The LA Promise Fund Intern Project since 2018 to place high school students from across LA County in paid internships with the team, giving students an opportunity to grow and build connections, and the Rams the ability to build and invest in a pipeline of future talent that can generate social impact. Reseach shows that 95% of students who engage in work-based learning go on to attend college and earn a degree.

Rams and Pacsun Geared for Greatness and Loads of Love

Los Angeles Rams and Pacsun's "Geared for Greatness" initiative works to combat chronic absenteeism through donations of washer and dryer sets and clothing donations to local schools in historically under-resourced communities to ensure every student has clean clothes to wear to school. The organizations have donated $5 million as of the 2025 school year.

Rams and California Resource Corporation (CRC) School Gardens

The Rams and CRC in partnership with Enrich LA are committed to constructing edible school gardens and providing educational programming in public schools within proximity of both SoFi Stadium, as well as the Rams practice facility in Woodland Hills.

CodeNext

Code Next Inglewood, powered by Hollywood Park with support from Google, officially opened its doors in May of 2025, marking a major step toward expanding access to technology and artificial intelligence (AI) education for local youth. The new Code Next Lab—the first in Southern California—offers a free, tech and AI education program that meets high school students in their own communities and provides the skills and inspiration they need for long and rewarding careers in technology.

Each year, the Rams host a Kickoff for Charity event to celebrate the start of the football season and raise funds to benefit the Los Angeles community. This signature event features a keynote address from Rams Head Coach Sean McVay on his approach to building a sustained winning culture and Rams President Kevin Demoff provides a "State of the Rams." This unique event allows partners and fans to sit at tables alongside Rams players and Legends.

WalkUnitedLA

In partnership with United Way of Greater Los Angeles, the Rams host WalkUnitedLA, a family-friendly walk/run to support fire recovery and combat poverty through education, housing, and economic opportunity. The event raises funds for an array of social justice initiatives, all working to build a more equitable Los Angeles.

Rams Night for Wishes

Annually, the Rams team up with Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties to raise funds to fulfill the wishes of local children who are battling life-threatening illnesses. Over the past eight years, the "Rams Night for Wishes" featuring Rams players, including event captains Andrew Whitworth, Tyler Higbee, Rob Havenstein, Kyren Williams, Quentin Lake and Blake Corum, has raised more than $2 million and helped to grant over 240 wishes for children.

Taste of the Rams

Taste of the Rams

Taste of the Rams is an annual event where attendees can sample food from top Los Angeles restaurants, bid on an array of items, and meet the participating chefs as well as Rams players. The event has raised more than $1.4 million to combat hunger and provided nearly five million meals for food insecure Angelenos.

Leading up the Rams home Crucial Catch game, Rampage and Rams Cheerleaders surprise cancer fighters and survivors with personalized jerseys and tickets to the game. During the game, the "Crucial Catch Captains" are recognized on the field to honor their resilient battle against cancer.

Salute to Service

Salute to Service

As part of the Rams' year-round military appreciation efforts, Salute to Service Week returns each year with activities that culminate with the team's Salute to Service game. Throughout the week, the Rams partner with veteran service organizations and nonprofits to support the military community and honor, empower and connect with service members, veterans and their families.

Rams on Base

Rams on Base brings fun, fitness, and football to military families across Southern California. Hosted on a military base, the event features interactive football drills for all ages, appearances by Rams Cheerleaders and Rampage, and a youth skills clinic.

Several times a year, the Rams front office staff takes time out of the office to volunteer with local nonprofits and schools. Since returning home to Los Angeles in 2016, staff members have provided more than 11,000 hours of community service.

Since 2018, Rams players, cheerleaders, mascot Rampage, and front office staff have participated in annual Season of Giving days of service to assist local non-profits and the Angelenos they serve.

The Rams are committed to growing the game of football by providing access and opportunity for all youth across Los Angeles. Through various programs, leagues and free camps and clinics, the organization exposes over 40,000 youth throughout the region to opportunities within the game of football annually.

Girls Flag Football

Girls Flag Football

The Rams have hosted over 60 girls flag football camps, clinics and tournaments, reaching over 13,000 athletes and serving more than 450 schools. The team has contributed over $1,000,000 to girls flag programming since 2023. The Rams' efforts throughout Southern California have helped bring flag football to young athletes wanting to pursue the sport.

Rise with the Rams

RISE with the Rams is a leadership and community building program featuring local high school football programs from a cross-section of ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Rams Academic Challenge

Rams Academic Challenge

Since 2017, the Rams have collaborated with USA Football to host the High School Football Academic Challenge to encourage academic excellence. The teams with the highest-grade point average and most improved grade point average receive equipment grants on behalf of USA Football.

Cleats for Character

Cleats for Character

The Rams Cleats for Character program for local high school football players features group discussions about goal setting and the values of good character. Since 2017, the program has impacted student-athletes from over 150 different schools throughout Los Angeles.

High School Coach of the Week

High School Coach of the Week

Each week of the high school football season, a matchup is selected as the High School Game of the Week and the Rams award the winning team's coach as the Coach of the Week. Each honoree receives an equipment grant and is included as a nominee for the Rams Coach of the Year.

Rams Coaches Shadow Program

The Rams Coaches Shadow Program gives local high school football coaches the opportunity to attend Rams training camp practices and watch from the sidelines to learn from the Rams coaching staff.

The Alliance

The Alliance

The Alliance is a collaboration between all 12 pro teams in Southern California and the Play Equity Fund. It demonstrates how student-led initiatives can drive social change and transformation by addressing critical issues such as education, access, social competencies and pathways to sports careers.

Certified Rams House

Certified Rams House

The Certified #RamsHouse program supports small, minority owned businesses throughout Inglewood and the broader Los Angeles region. Since the launch of the program, the team has supported 83 local business and 40 small businesses in Inglewood.

Leveling up with S.T.E.A.M.

Leveling up with S.T.E.A.M.

The Los Angeles Rams and Hollywood Park launched a free interactive S.T.E.A.M. program to educate Los Angeles youth on career opportunities within sports and entertainment. Presented by Cedars-Sinai, the program features educational videos, lesson plans as well as in-school visits, classroom activities interactive panels and events. Learn more at therams.com/steam.
