Davis to Start at Free Safety vs. Cowboys

Rams defensive back Cody Davis entered Sunday's game as questionable after suffering what head coach Sean McVay termed a tweak to his quad, but he is active and will start at free safety against the Cowboys.

Davis is making his first start of the season and the fourth start of his career for the Rams. He's beginning the game in place of safety Lamarcus Joyner, who was ruled out with a hamstring injury.

Also in the secondary, cornerback Kayvon Webster is active and will start opposite Trumaine Johnson.

On the other side, Cowboys starting weakside linebacker Sean Lee is inactive. A 2015 and 2016 Pro Bowl selection, Lee did not practice all week with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable for the game.
