Ryan became a Season Ticket Member when the Rams returned to LA but has been attending Rams games since the team was playing in Anaheim. Ryan's favorite Rams memory is attending the NFC Championship game at SoFi Stadium when the Rams beat the 49ers to advance to the Super Bowl. When did you become a Rams Season Ticket Member?
Since the Rams returned to L.A. at the Coliseum.
Share your story on how you became a Rams Fan.
I attended Rams games back in the day at Anaheim Stadium going with my dad as part of his work events, but my true fandom started upon the team's return to L.A. We started going to games at the Coliseum to check it out, ended up getting hooked, and then carried over our STM membership to SoFi Stadium. Now we go regularly with family and friends.
What is your favorite Rams memory?
Probably the day of the NFC Championship game when we beat the Niners to earn our spot in the Super Bowl. My wife had pre-booked a Disneyland trip that same weekend many months in advance for my daughter's birthday, not thinking about playoff runs and such at the time. I said we should just sell our tickets, but my wife insisted I should just go with a friend as we were at Disneyland for a couple days. So, I went to Disneyland with the family that day, and after a late lunch, left the park and got in the car to make the drive to SoFi stadium. I was walking down the stairs to our seats when kickoff took place, and of course the team went on to a spectacular win that night in front of an amazing home crowd. I gave a quick high-five to my friend and our fellow STM's around us, booked it to my car, headed back to Disneyland, and had ice cream with the kids in the park by about 9:30pm. What an epic day. So, to make it up to my wife, I took her to the Super Bowl where we got to witness that amazing halftime show and see our Rams hoist the Lombardi trophy (hence why I bought the replica of the outfit Snoop Dogg wore during the Super Bowl halftime performance in my pics here)
What does being a Rams fan mean to you?
Community, family, and sharing our fandom with others. We're lucky to sit around a great group of fellow STM's, I was lucky enough to have our personal friends grab season tickets next to us so we often trade tickets to bring our kids, and of course bringing the family to the games where we can bond, cheer on the team together, and watch our kids have a great time, learn the game, and become the next generation of Rams fans. We've had nothing but pleasant experiences with other Rams fans, have had a great time tailgating in the Pink Lot, and enjoy the pregame activities for the kids in the American Airlines Plaza.
Who is your favorite Rams player past or present? Why?
Probably Aaron Donald because he was just such a beast on the field, but also a legend off of it as well. Just a great all-around player and human being.
