While official All-Pro designations have not been given out just yet, the team at Pro Football Focus got things started a little early — compiling their own 2017 All-Pro Team.

With the regular season in the books, PFF put together a comprehensive list of the best players at each position, derived from watching and grading every player on every play of the NFL season.

And this year, three Rams were named to the starting lineup including running back Todd Gurley, defensive tackle Aaron Donald, and return specialist Pharoh Cooper. Lamarcus Joyner was also named to the second-team All-Pro, with a breakout season in his first year as a free safety.

Gurley has had arguably one of the best years of any player in the league. Not only did the Georgia product lead the NFL with 13 rushing touchdowns and 19 touchdowns overall, but he also finished No. 1 with 2,093 yards from

scrimmage. As such, PFF gave Gurley the highest overall grade at the running back position (92.0) and made a strong case for his selection as the 2017 Comeback Player of the Year.

On the other side of the ball, Donald has continued to be a defensive force. PFF gave Donald (98.4) the highest overall grade of any player at any position and it's easy to see why. The Pitt product finished off the regular season with 91 quarterback pressures and 11.0 sacks. Through four seasons in the league, Donald has become one of the top pass rushers, known for his "relentless force" and speed.

As for Cooper, he started this season as the primary kick returner but also took over punt return duties midway through the year. He's quickly developed into one of the league's top specialists, earning his first trip to the Pro Bowl after averaging 27.4 yards per kick return and 12.5 yards per punt. He is also one of just seven players in the league to record a kickoff returned for a touchdown this year.
