Payment made in connection with Memberships are non-refundable, whether made online, in-person, or otherwise except as expressly stated herein. Online bill payments are currently available 24 hours/7 days a week. Please read the instructions below to utilize these payment methods. You will be required to enter your password for either an online or telephone payment. Members are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of your assigned password. To have a password re-issued the Member of Record can request a reset of the password by logging into Account Manager by entering e-mail address on file and select forgot password. Upon receiving a valid request, Ticketmaster will e-mail a temporary password to login and reset.

To make a payment over the internet:
1. Visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/rams/
2. Click the "Sign In" link at the top right.
3. Enter your Member email address and password.
4. Select the invoice and enter your payment information.
To make a telephone payment:
1. Call the Los Angeles Rams Office main line 818-338-0011.
2. Select the telephone option #2 to speak with a representative Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Through Account Manager, you can forward any of your tickets to a family member, friend or other person. On your computer or mobile device you can simply select the game and seat(s) you want to forward, enter the contact information of the recipient and easily send the selected tickets to them. The recipient(s) must click on the link they receive to accept the tickets after which time they will receive mobile tickets to use for entry on their mobile device. When a ticket is forwarded, a new barcode is generated so the original physical or mobile tickets is no longer valid, and the new ticket is guaranteed to work. There are no charges for ticket forwarding.

NFL Ticket Exchange: Buy and Sell Rams Tickets
The Los Angeles Rams and the NFL have partnered with Ticketmaster to allow our Members to post their individual game tickets for re-sale on a team approved website. If your season tickets are paid in full, then once the NFL schedule is released, you can log on to your account via Account Manager and select 'SELL.' You can then select which game and seat(s) you would like to post for sale and what price at which to post them. Once your posted tickets are purchased, the barcodes on your initial mobile or physical tickets for the specified game are cancelled and new barcodes are issued to the buyer.
Payments/Credits: Once your posted tickets are sold, and the game is completed, the amount of the sale price is credited to your Rams Account.
Unless a refund is requested in writing, that credit will remain on your Membership Account and applied to any future ticket purchase (excluding playoff tickets) payments due. If you do not wish to have money from tickets you have resold through NFL Ticket Exchange credited to your Rams Account, you may change your Ticket Exchange profile so that any resale money is sent directly to you. - Reminder: The Los Angeles Rams Ticket Office, Ticketmaster and other NFL-approved licensed resale marketplaces (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek) are the only official outlets for Los Angeles Rams ticket sales. Tickets purchased through any other avenues may be invalid, counterfeit or stolen and may not be honored.

Membership Transfers are limited to an "Immediate Family Member" if a personal account, or an "Affiliate" if a company or corporate account.
Upon divorce or separation, we will honor a stipulation authorizing retention or transfer of membership to one or both of the parties. Without stipulation or agreement, the tickets shall revert to the Los Angeles Rams who shall have the right to divide the tickets between the parties or otherwise cancel the account.

Change of Address
A change of address can be submitted by using any of the following options:
1. Make changes through Rams Account Manager. Log in to Rams Account Manager via https://am.ticketmaster.com/rams/ with your email address and password. Click on "Account Setting" on the top right and then "Manage My Person Profile" to update your mailing address.
2. Contact your Member Service Representative and verify your account.
Change of address request used to circumvent the Membership Transfer policy may result in revocation of the applicable Membership Accounts.
MEMBER POLICIES (The Member Policies are subject to updates and modifications)
1. MEMBER ACCOUNTS.
A Los Angeles Rams Membership is a revocable license issued annually by The Los Angeles Rams, LLC. ("Los Angeles Rams" or "Rams"), as licensor. Payments made in connection with Memberships are non-refundable, whether made online, in-person, or otherwise, except as expressly stated herein. If a Membership is revoked by Rams without cause, Member's exclusive remedy shall be a refund of any amounts paid for which no corresponding Membership benefits have been provided, which refund determinations shall be made by Rams in sole discretion. Members shall not be entitled to any refund in any other circumstance, including, without limitation, if the Rams revoke my Membership for cause, which shall include, without limitation: (i) failure to make timely payments, (ii) violation of any Los Angeles Rams or stadium policies, as amended from time-to-time, including, without limitation, unruly or inappropriate behavior by me or any person that utilizes my tickets, which determination shall be made by the Rams in their sole discretion; Memberships and Member are subject to the terms, conditions and policies (including the "Fan Code of Conduct"), established from time to time by the Rams. The current policies may be modified and/or supplemented at any time by the Rams. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted. Members should not rely upon or have any expectation that the policies presently applicable will be applicable at any time in the future.
2. LICENSE FROM YEAR-TO-YEAR (RENEWAL).
Members are valued customers of the Rams and the Rams will diligently attempt to accommodate its customers. However, the opportunity to license a Membership from year-to-year, at any seat location, is a privilege granted by the Rams, which may be revoked at any time. Neither a Membership, nor the opportunity to license a Membership from year-to-year, constitutes any form of legal or equitable right, including without limitation an express or implied contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust, or expectancy interest. There is no automatic right to license a Membership from year-to-year, nor is there any guarantee that this privilege will be offered or granted by the Rams. Members should not form any manner of reliance on the privilege to license a Membership or Los Angeles Rams tickets from year-to-year, nor can there be any prescriptive right to license a Membership annually. The privilege to license a Membership and Los Angeles Rams tickets from year-to-year is not "property" and creates no property rights whatsoever under state statutory or common law or under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, seat location shall be subject to change by the Rams in its sole discretion.
3. IMPERMISSIBLE TRANSFERS.
Except as expressly set forth in this section, Membership and accounts are nontransferable, including without limitation assignment or transfer to a third-party, change of names (except upon submission of a marriage certificate or court order evidencing the same), or purported assignments to an "in care of" status. A Member may not either voluntarily or by operation of law, assign, encumber, sublicense, or otherwise transfer a Membership (collectively, "Transfer"), EXCEPT that a Member shall be permitted to Transfer a Membership (i) to an Affiliate if the Member is a partnership, corporation or limited liability company; or (ii) to Immediate Family Members as further described in the Los Angeles Rams Membership Transfer Assignment Form. Membership shall not be deemed to be property of an estate in bankruptcy and are not transferable under the United States Bankruptcy Code. In the event that a Member files for protection under any chapter of Bankruptcy Code, the subject Membership shall immediately become void and of no further force and effect, and the Rams shall be entitled to resell the Membership to a third-party in its sole and complete discretion.
If the Member of Record is deceased, the court appointed Personal Representative may transfer the Membership to one or more of the deceased Season Ticket Account Member's Immediate Family Members as defined above. The Personal Representative must provide documentation by the courts authorizing him or her to act in that capacity and information or documentation to demonstrate that the transferee Member is an Immediate Family Member.
4. REVOCATION OF SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT – DISPUTES.
The Rams reserves the right to revoke any Membership or Member Account without cause. In any dispute concerning Membership or Member Account, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover the costs and expenses incurred in connection with such dispute, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. There are no refunds or exchanges on amounts paid in connection with a Membership.
5. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT INFORMATION
The Rams will fully meet and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and its implementing regulations to ensure that patrons with disabilities received full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services facilities, privileges advantages or accommodations provided by the Los Angeles Rams and its home stadium. Additional information regarding ADA-issues is available on the ADA section of the stadium website, or by calling 818-338-0011 ext. 2 and asking to speak with one of our ADA specialists. Specialists are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Non-Season Ticket Members who purchase single game tickets from the Rams or secondary sites (e.g., StubHub) will need to enter the stadium using their game tickets and then proceed to the ADA Exchange table at near Gate 29. There they can exchange their tickets for ADA seating, subject to availability.
Playoffs are at an additional cost above and beyond your annual Membership cost. Members shall have the opportunity to purchase the seats associated with their Membership for Rams home playoff games, with the exception of any Super Bowl games, which shall be governed by NFL rules. Except as expressly set forth herein, terms and conditions governing Members' rights to purchase of playoff tickets shall be determined by the Rams in their sole discretion prior to the end of the regular season and may be amended from time-to-time. In the event that the Rams are participating in the Super Bowl, all Season Ticket Member accounts in good standing and fully paid up, will automatically be entered in a computer-generated, random drawing for the opportunity to purchase two Super Bowl tickets. In the event your account is drawn, an email will be sent to you with the applicable instructions.
7. RIGHT TO CONTACT
Members agree to receive pre-recorded/artificial voice messages calls and/or use of an automatic dialing device, text messages and/or emails from the Los Angeles Rams, StadcoLA, LLC and their affiliates and partners, at any telephone number or email address that have been provided to Rams or that Rams and/or their partners or affiliates have otherwise obtained, which could result in charges to me. Rams and/or their partners or affiliates may place such calls, texts or emails to (i) notify members regarding upcoming appointments, (ii) notify members of upcoming Los Angeles Rams and other Stadium events, (iii) troubleshoot problems with accounts, (iv) resolve a dispute, (v) collect a debt, or (vi) as otherwise necessary to service member accounts or enforce this agreement, Rams policies, applicable law, or any other agreement Rams and/or their partners or affiliates may have with members. The ways in which members may provide Rams and/or their partners or affiliates a telephone number or email address include, but are not limited to, providing the information at account opening, adding the information to an account at a later time, or providing it to any employees, partners, or affiliates. I consent to receive SMS or text messages and understand that I will be responsible for any standard telephone minute and text charges if I am contacted. I understand that I may revoke this express consent at any time by calling Rams at: 818-338-0011 ext. 2.
8. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION & ARBITRATION
All matters relating in any manner to this Agreement, including attending any Los Angeles Rams events, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions of such law. You (and the user(s) of your tickets for any particular match or event) at SoFi Stadium, agree that any dispute between or among you, your attorneys, agents, successors, heirs, and assigns, guests, or any other person who uses tickets issued to you to attend an event, and Rams, SoFi Stadium, and any of their parents, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, concessionaires and independent contractors relating to your tickets, or any issues that may arise in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to JAMS' Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration proceedings and arbitration award shall be maintained by the parties as strictly confidential, except as is otherwise required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate or enforce the award and for disclosure in confidence to the parties' respective attorneys, tax advisors and senior management and to family members of a party who is an individual. In addition, you specifically waive the right to participate in a representative capacity or as a member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim. You understand that the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and that other rights that you may have if you went to court may not be available in arbitration.

13. NFL Flexible Scheduling
The NFL's League Office is able to shift Sunday afternoon games to Sunday Night Football with at least 12 days' notice for Weeks 5-16. For Week 17, the Sunday night game will be announced no later than six days prior to Week 17. The schedule does not list a Sunday night game in Week 17, but an afternoon game with playoff implications will be moved to that time slot. Flexible scheduling will not be applied to games airing on Thursday or Monday nights.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided.
A Rams ticket is a revocable license that only grants entry into the stadium and a spectator seat, or if specified on the ticket, a standing location, for the specified Los Angeles Rams game. Admission may be refused or withdrawn or ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of the Los Angeles Rams and/or SoFi Stadium.
THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or withdrawn by the Rams and/or the SoFi Stadium or if the game is cancelled and not replayed, is a refund of up to the face value of the game ticket. Further, the Los Angeles Rams' liability for any breach of any term for any ticket purchased shall not exceed the face value of the ticket. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LOS ANGELES RAMS OR THE NFL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE TO A THIRD PARTY FOR THIS TICKET.
The date and time of a specified game (and opening of the gates) are subject to change by the Los Angeles Rams and/or the NFL in their sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle any ticket holder to a refund or any other remedy if ticket holder cannot attend or for any other reason. Ticket holder may be relocated to an alternative seat in the sole discretion of the Los Angeles Rams, and no such relocation shall entitle ticket holder to a refund or any other remedy if ticket holder is relocated to a seat of comparable face value.
Ticket holder and his/her belongings may be searched prior to or upon entry into the stadium and/or other security checkpoints, and prohibited items may be confiscated. Ticket holder must comply with the Los Angeles Rams' and/or SoFi Stadium's security policies, including any applicable bag policy. Ticket holder consents to such searches and waives any claims against the Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium, the NFL, its Member Clubs, its affiliates, or its agents arising from or relating to such searches. If ticket holder elects not to consent to these searches or comply with these security policies, ticket holder acknowledges that the Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium, and/or the NFL have the right to deny ticket holder entry. No refund or other remedy will be provided if ticket holder is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these ticket terms or any security policies prior to or following entry.
TICKET HOLDER ALSO ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that by tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holder, on behalf of him/herself and, to the extent permitted by law, any accompanying minor(s), agrees to the following additional terms, conditions and waivers:
Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the game or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury of any kind and hereby waives any and all claims or potential claims arising from such risks, damage or injuries.
Ticket holder may not transmit or aid in transmitting any photographs, images, videos, livestreams or other accounts or descriptions (whether text, data or visual) in any media of all or any part of the football game or related events (the "Works"). Transmission or other distribution by, to, or for any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, direct or indirect, are also strictly prohibited. Ticket holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry to the stadium, ticket holder shall be understood to have signed this document and granted the NFL an exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all copyrights associated with the Works.
Ticket holder grants to the Los Angeles Rams, the NFL and/or SoFi Stadium and their respective designees the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free right to use his or her voice, image, picture, photo, performance, appearance, action, likenesses, whether alone or in conjunction with others (collectively "Images"), as well as the right to create derivative works of any and all Images, which includes adapting, editing and mixing, in any and all media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the game or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, promotion, publicity, advertising, and/or commercial purposes of the NFL, the Los Angeles Rams, their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers and/or broadcasters, without further permission or compensation and hereby waives any and all claims or potential claims relating to such use. Ticket holder agrees to receive pre-recorded/artificial voice messages calls and/or use of an automatic dialing device, text messages and/or emails from the Los Angeles Rams, StadcoLA, LLC and their affiliates and partners, at any telephone number or email address that has been provided to Rams, which could result in charges to ticket holder. Rams may place such calls, texts or emails (i) to notify ticket holder regarding upcoming appointments, (ii) to notify members of upcoming Los Angeles Rams and other Stadium events, (iii) to troubleshoot problems with accounts, (iv) to resolve a dispute, (v) to collect a debt, or (vi) as otherwise necessary to ticket holder or enforce this agreement, Rams policies, applicable law, or any other agreement Rams and/or their partners or affiliates may have with ticket holder. Ticket holder consents to receive SMS or text messages and understands that ticket holder will be responsible for any standard telephone minute and text charges if ticket holder is contacted. Ticket holder may revoke this express consent at any time by calling Rams at: 818-338-0011 ext. 2.
The Los Angeles Rams are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or counterfeit tickets. Lost, stolen, destroyed, or counterfeit tickets, or tickets sold in violation of any applicable law, may not be honored. Tickets may not be used for, nor may any ticket holder enter the stadium for, advertising, promotion or any other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the Los Angeles Rams', the NFL's and/or SoFi Stadium's express written consent.
All ticket sales are final, the Los Angeles Rams will not provide a credit against future purchases, an exchange of tickets, accept a return or provide a refund for any tickets purchased, unless a game is cancelled and not rescheduled.
