Todd Davis is entering his 32nd year with the Rams.
He works directly with ownership and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff on day-to-day business operation issues, advises the club on all legal matters, and contributes significantly to the team's business operations.
His areas of oversight include sponsorships, licensing, vendor and employment agreements (for football and non-football employees), human resources issues, team litigation, risk management, workers compensation and more.
Davis is also on the board of the Rams Foundation and serves on the NFL Steering Committee for Sports Betting/Integrity and Compliance, the Club Counsel Sports Betting Integrity Steering Committee, as well as the committee for workers compensation.
He joined the NFL Committee for workers compensation in 2010 and continues to be an active member.
Davis is active in league-wide matters and has served on multiple intra-league working groups including workers compensation, gambling and seat licenses. He aids in the Rams Risk Management and serves as the Secretary of the Rams Foundation. Davis was the recipient of LA Business Journal's Corporate Counsel of the Year Award in 2022.
A graduate of the University of Southern California Law Center in 1991, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He is a member of the California Bar Association.
He is married to his wife of 25 years, Anna. Together they have one daughter, Savannah (20).
