Appeared in 62 games at Marshall and registered 375 tackles (145 solo), 32.5 tackles for loss, 12.0 sacks, five interceptions, 14 passes defended, one forced fumble and five fumble recoveries.
As as senior in 2023, played in 13 games and notched 93 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, two interceptions, four passes defended and two fumble recoveries.
In 2022 as a junior, was named an All-Sun Belt Conference honorable mention after finishing the year with a team-best 98 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, and 3.0 sacks, three passes defended and an interception.

During a shortened season due to the global pandemic in 2020, blossomed into a star player. He started all 10 games and finished with 75 tackles, five tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, one pass breakup and one fumble recovery, earning All-Conference USA honorable mention.
As a freshman in 2019, played a key role as a backup linebacker and on special teams. He saw action in all 13 games and made 12 tackles, and 0.5 tackles for loss.

Was rated a two-star prospect by Rivals coming out of high school and had offers from Arkansas and a handful of other schools.
