Originally walked on at Buffalo and was awarded a scholarship prior to the 2021 season.
Was a three-time Academic All-MAC selection.
As a graduate student in 2024, started 13 games and had one of the best seasons in program history. Dolac led the nation and set a school record in tackles (168) and added 18.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, five interceptions and five pass breakups.
Was named the Mid-American Conference Defensive Player of the Year along with First-Team All-MAC honors.
Was a consensus All-American after being named First-Team by Walter Camp, AP, and was a finslist for the Burlsworth Trophy.
In 2024 Dolac was named MAC Defensive Player of the Week a program-record five times.
In 2023 as a senior, he started the first four games before missing the remainder of the season with an injury.
Started all 13 games as a junior and led the MAC and ranked second in the nation in tackles with 147. He also had a school-record 97 solo tackles, which was the most in the nation.
Led the team in tackles for loss (13.5) and sacks (4.5) to go along with seven pass breakups.
Was named First-Team All-MAC an was named a semifinalist for the Burlsworth Trophy, given annually to the best player in the country who atarted their career as a walk-on.
Dolac had double-digit tackles in 10 games that season in 2023.
As a sophomore in 2021, appeared in all 12 games and started the final two. Recorded 37 tackles, six tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks and was named Academic All-MAC.
Saw action in all seven games as a freshman in 2020 and had seven tackles on the season.
PERSONAL
Attended Buffalo after spending one season at Milford Academy, where he was named Defensive Player of the Year.
Graduated from West Seneca East High School where he was named the Buffalo News Player of the Year and All-WNY First-Team after playing both running back and linebacker for the Trojans.
Rushed for a school-record 1,997 yards and added a school-record 157 tackles his senior season. Dolac majored in communications.
