Go to your preferred web browser on your phone and head to am.ticketmaster.com/rams. Tap the profile icon in the top right to sign in.

Enter your email address associated with your Rams account.

Enter your password associated with your Rams account.

Select 'Manage Tickets' to view and access your tickets.

Select the game you would like to return.

Select the three dots that say 'More' underneath.

Select the 'Return' option.

Select the tickets you would like to return then select 'Continue.'

Select a reason for return (only 1 option) then select 'Continue.'

Review the details of your return. Scroll to the bottom to view the game and ticket details then select 'Submit.'

This confirmation appears once you have successfully returned your tickets.
