We are looking for PROFESSIONAL hype people – those who can become experts in multiple chants and cheers, are proficient yell leaders, have experience with fan interaction, and can be world class ambassadors of the Los Angeles Rams. Our hype team will welcome fans in the concourse, start chants and cheers in the bowl, and most importantly – give love to our fans on game days. This is not for those who just want to watch the game, but for entertainers who want to be a part of the game day action as well as events throughout the year. Most importantly, we are looking for team players who want to foster a positive community. This is a part-time, game day position perfect for entertainment industry professionals and natural born stars with enough energy to power SoFi Stadium and beyond!
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation to and from all shifts
- Previous marketing/promotional/event/entertainment/street team/brand ambassador experience preferred
- Must be passionate about the Los Angeles Rams and the game of football
- Must display high energy and a positive attitude while always remaining polished and professional
- Requires outstanding communication, timeliness and reliability
- Able to take direction and independently problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
- Exercises strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Can work a flexible schedule – Must be able to work most home games, nights/weekends and holidays as required
- Requires prolonged standing; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors in various temperature environments
- This is an on-call position. There is no guaranteed number of hours per week and scheduling is on an as-needed basis.
- Comfortable performing in front of large crowds
- Be available to work 80% of Los Angeles Rams home games and events
- Must be able to attend an in-person training in August in Los Angeles
- Must attend auditions
