The Los Angeles Rams will host the Houston Texans for their season opener 'Vamos Rams' matchup presented by Corona on Sunday, September 7 at 1:25 p.m. PT. The game will be broadcast nationally on CBS, broadcast on local radio on ESPN LA 710 AM and simulcast on 93.1 JACK FM as well as available in Spanish on KWKW 1330 AM.

Rams & Corona Celebrate Vamos Rams
- Halftime Performance: The halftime show, presented by Corona, will feature a performance from Mexican American DJ Deorro on the stage. Deorro, born Erick Orrosquieta, is a Mexican American DJ and producer from Los Angeles, known for his genre-blending electronic dance music, which often incorporates Melbourne bounce and Latin influences.
- National Anthem: The Mariachi Rams will perform the national anthem and the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) will present the colors. Rams Season Ticket Members will hold an 80-yard American flag on the field during the anthem.
- Mariachi Ride Along Presented by Corona: The Rams produced a Mariachi Ride Along video with singer-songwriter Macario Martínez that will air in-stadium on gameday. Martínez also will perform live alongside The Mariachi Rams during the first quarter break of the game.
- Corona Lowrider & Corona Beach Bar Beer Specials: The lowrider that was featured in the Mariachi Ride Along will be on display in Upper AA Plaza, courtesy of Corona, for fans to take photos. There also will be $6 Corona Premier and Corona Extra beer specials from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. PT or until supplies last.

- Giveaway Item: Fans will receive an exclusive Vamos Rams 2025 Schedule Magnet, available at all gates upon entry, while supplies last.
- NFL Latino Youth Honors: A local Latino high school boys tackle football player and a girls flag football player, selected by the Rams, will take the field pregame to be recognized as Latino Youth Honor Award nominees. In the coming weeks, the NFL will select eight finalists from all NFL team nominees, and each finalist will receive a grant award and an invite to Super Bowl LX.
- Certified #RamsHouse Staff Meals: In celebration of Latino Heritage Month, Certified #RamsHouse restaurant Fiesta Martin Mexican Grill will provide lunch for Rams staff. Certified #RamsHouses are small businesses affiliated with and supported by the Rams that are representative of the hard work of Angelenos pushing to realize their greatest dreams.
- Somos Rams Limited Edition Merchandise: At the Vamos Rams game, the team will unveil a limited edition Somos Rams t-shirt to support Los Angeles' immigrant community. 100% of net Rams proceeds from the shirt will be donated to Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) and will benefit their Wise Up! High School Program and California Dream Network (CDN) college program, which provide resources for immigrant youth in the Los Angeles region to support them in their journey to achieve a higher education. - Rams 50/50 Raffle presented by Princess Cruises Proceeds to LAUSD Compassion Fund : In addition to the shirt proceeds, the Rams portion of the 50/50 Raffle will benefit the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Compassion Fund which provides assistance to immigrant families in the Los Angeles region. The LAUSD Education Foundation launched the Compassion Fund to help ensure students have access to the basics—food, clothing, transportation, and emergency assistance—so that their focus can remain on learning. The 50/50 raffle proceeds will help provide immediate relief while also standing behind the message that every child in Los Angeles Unified deserves compassion, opportunity, and a strong start in school.
Rams Gameday To Feature Special Guests And Performances
- Pregame Performances: Hip Hop Dreamz girls dance group will take the field for a pregame performance at 1:00 p.m. PT. In addition, 50 youth athletes from NFL Flag Inland Empire will take the field for a pregame flag football game at 11:00 a.m. PT.
- Legend of the Game: Mel Owens will be recognized on the field during the first quarter as the Rams Iconic Legend of the Game presented by 1800 Tequila. In nine seasons with the Rams, Owens appeared in 122 games and compiled 26.5 quarterback sacks. A former NFC Defensive Player of the Week, Owens was selected by the Rams with the ninth overall pick in the 1981 NFL Draft. This year, Owens also can be found on the second season of "The Golden Bachelor" which is set to return to ABC on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 8:00 p.m. The 66-year-old NFL veteran-turned-lawyer is gearing up to make his next big play and rediscover love.
- Verizon Military Hero of the Game: First Sergeant Bernabe Rivera will be recognized during the second quarter as the Verizon Military Hero of the Game. Born and raised in California, Rivera's 20 years of service is a testament to resilience, commitment, and an unwavering devotion to duty. He began his military career in 2001, enlisting in the Army. Rivera deployed twice to Afghanistan and received commendations for valor and meritorious service marking the beginning of a career defined by excellence. In 2008, he joined the Army Reserves and entered the Active Guard Reserve program. Over the course of his career, he served in a wide array of intelligence and operational roles, completed eight permanent changes of station, and earned awards and decorations such as the Knowlton Award. In retirement, Rivera is a Project Manager with Northrop Grumman, set to begin in early 2026.
Dining And Entertainment Options At Hollywood Park
- New Location for Rams Pregame VIP Tailgate: The Rams VIP Tailgate, presented by AVP, is moving to a new location, CineVita, located steps from the south side of SoFi Stadium. Open starting four hours before kickoff, guests can enjoy all-inclusive food and drinks (including alcohol), indoor air-conditioned seating as well as outdoor lounge seating. Plus, TVs to watch other games going on.
- The Shops at Hollywood Park contain a variety of dining options including The Meeting Spot, COSM and Cinepolis. For fans arriving before gates open, they can visit The Meeting Spot for gameday drink specials and receive free entry into COSM pre- and postgame by showing a Rams game ticket.
- Located at Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard, Hollywood Park's retail district is home to Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, JD Sports, Iconix Fitness, COSM and The Meeting Spot, Phenix Salon Suites and Google Code Next.
New Menu Items And Concession Stands
- Google Cloud Club Improvements : Opening for the first game will be a new grab and go market in the southeast corner of the Google Cloud Club on level 2. Fans can tap a credit card to enter then grab a mix of cold beverages, cold food like sushi, salads and fruit as well as hot food items like hot dogs, nachos and pretzels then just walk out. Across from the market, fans can visit the new cocktail bar. Additionally, the Charred station in the northeast corner will change to feature Mexican bowls, including carne asada, pollo asado, al pastor pork and veggie. Lastly, the former sushi stand in the northeast side will be transformed into a Sweets stand that will feature soft-serve ice cream, funnel cake and a cookie bake.
- Concession Stand Changes: New concession stand concepts this year include Hawaiian Plate Lunch and Rice Bowls. Fairfax and Burger stands will have a rotating Burger of the Month, beginning with a Hatch Chile Patty Melt, in all locations while Pizza and San Vicente locations in club spaces will feature a rotating Pizza of the Month, beginning with a Hatch Chile & Chorizo Pizza. Other new concession stand items include a meatball sub, chicken cutlet sandwich, loaded chicken fries, apple hand pie and a BBQ salad.

American Airlines Plaza And Pepsi Overlook To Feature Activations For Fans
- Early Entry Special: There will be early entry $5 Bud Light beer specials at the Bud Light Backyard and $6 Corona Premier and Corona Extra at the Corona Beach Bar, both in Upper American Airlines Plaza, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. PT or while supplies last.
- Activities for Fans: Rams Ramp'd Up face painting, the Button Bar, Football Toss, Reaction Game and more will be available to fans in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time gates open through kickoff.
- Rams Football Academy: Fans can visit the Rams Football Academy booth in upper American Airlines Plaza from 11:00 a.m. - 1:25 p.m. PT to learn about the exciting youth program and sign up for exclusive benefits and merchandise.
- Rams Land Kids Zone: Fans can enjoy a soft play area with a slide and foam pit, a tumbling space, a Rams House reading nook, a kids-edition bench press and a vertical leap in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time entries open through halftime. Kids of all ages can meet Rampage 15 minutes after gates open.
- Taco Bell in Davante's House: Fans can stop by Level 6 South from 1:00 p.m. through the end of halftime to check out Davante's "House", presented by Taco Bell. Fans can browse his personal memorabilia and grab some Taco Bell swag.
