Los Angeles has claimed former New England Patriots offensive guard Tre' Jackson off waivers on Wednesday.

Jackson was drafted by the Patriots in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He appeared in 13 games for New England, making nine starts at right guard his rookie season.

Jackson is a Super Bowl champion (2016 - Patriots) and a college football national champion (2013 - Florida State).

The Rams have now added three new pieces to their offensive line: Jackson, left tackle Andrew Whitworth and center John Sullivan.

To make room for Jackson, the Rams waived CB Kevin Short.
