Rams long snapper Jake McQuaide will be making his second career trip to the Pro Bowl this January, joining six of his fellow teammates. The Ohio State product will take part in the NFL's annual all-star game alongside punter Johnny Hekker, wide receiver Pharoh Cooper, running back Todd Gurley, and left tackle Andrew Whitworth.

And Hekker took to Twitter to congratulate his teammate on the honor.

Looks like there is no real offseason for Rams left tackle Andrew Whitworth. The 36-year old was spotted in the ring at Fox Sports' NFL Insider Jay Glazer's boxing gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday. Though he may be one of the oldest players on the Rams roster, the All-Pro offensive lineman is still one of the most hardworking in the league as evidenced by his offseason workout regimen.

The 2017 NFL season won't officially be over until the conclusion of Super Bowl Weekend in February, but in the words of Sports Illustrated's Michael Beller, "it's never too early to turn the page to 2018." With that in mind, Beller detailed the magazine's first fantasy football rankings for the 2018 season and five Rams were included in the Top-100 list.

No. 2 — RB Todd Gurley

No. 71 — WR Sammy Watkins

No. 77 — QB Jared Goff

No. 87 — WR Robert Woods

No. 96 — WR Cooper Kupp
