When is my 2020 season ticket payment due? Your 2020 season ticket payment is due by May 1st in full or through our Monthly Membership Payment Plan. If you select either option by March 6th, you are entered to win autographed merchandise or a trip to the NFL Draft in Las Vegas.
What type of payments are available for my season tickets? Season Ticket Members can pay in full or join our Monthly Membership Payment Plan. The first payment of your season tickets is due upon sign up and will conclude on October 1, 2020. To take full advantage of the Monthly Membership Payment Plan, we encourage you to sign-up in February for the lowest monthly installments.
Is there a fee to renew my season tickets or to opt-in for the Monthly Membership Payment Plan? There is no fee to opt-in to the Monthly Membership Payment Plan nor is there any interest due. However, there is a $10 order processing fee per account and a $2 per ticket per game facility fee on all tickets.
Can I split my payment on multiple credit cards? Yes. You can use multiple credit cards during the checkout process in yourRams Ticket Account Manager by selecting "Split Payment".
What if I join the Monthly Membership Payment Plan in April? Season Ticket Members can join the Monthly Membership Payment Plan in April. Upon sign up, you must make a one-time payment to catch your payments up to the current month. Monthly payments will continue from May through October 1, 2020.
When will I be able to manage my season tickets? Season Ticket Members can manage their tickets through their Rams Ticket Account Manager once the schedule is released later this Spring. Tickets must be paid in full to be able to transfer or post for resale. Accounts who are on the monthly payment plan will be able to manage games as they are paid off. This means that earlier games on the schedule that have been paid off through previous monthly payments will be available for transfer or resale prior to the season.
How do I cancel the monthly payment plan? Season Ticket Members who are enrolled in the Monthly Membership Payment Plan and want to cancel future payments can do so by paying in full through their online Rams Ticket Account Manager or by calling a Member Services Representative at 818.338.0011 ext. 2. In order to remove your auto-renewal for the 2021 season, you must submit a request to opt-out HERE.
What platforms will be used for re-selling my tickets? If you cannot make it to a game, you are able to transfer your tickets or post them for resale easily through your Rams Ticket Account Manager. Tickets posted for resale through Account Manager will be on Ticketmaster's NFL Ticket Exchange.
If I am on the Monthly Membership Payment Plan, when can I manage my tickets? Season Ticket Members who are on the Monthly Membership Payment Plan will have access to manage their season tickets for games that are fully paid for. If you still have an outstanding balance and wish to sell the last game of the season, you are not be able to resell that game until your season tickets are paid in full.
How do I apply my account credit towards my 2020 season tickets? Your credit will automatically be applied to your season ticket invoice.
When will parking passes become available? Information about 2020 parking will be sent out at a later date.
When can I purchase single game tickets? We'll determine at a later date if single game tickets are available to purchase.
Can I purchase single game parking? On-site parking may not be available for single game purchase, however, there will be offsite lots managed by other entities. Information regarding those lots will be available on therams.com at a later date.
Can I make my season ticket payment on a tablet or mobile device? Yes. You can pay by credit card on your tablet or mobile phone.

Please make check or money order payable to Los Angeles Rams and record your Account ID on the front. The Los Angeles Rams are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, lost, mishandled or delayed by the postal system. A $25 service fee will be assessed for any check returned by the bank.
What if I need to change my mailing address? You can make changes to your account on your online Rams Ticket Account Manager.
Does my child need a ticket? Children who are two years of age and under are admitted free as long as they are held in a lap and do not interfere with other guests' view of the event. Strollers are prohibited.
When is my Stadium Seat License (SSL) payment due? SSL payments are due on March 1st, 2020. This will be your final payment if you opted to pay in full or will be the first of payments with interest. To pay, simply visit your SoFi Stadium SSL Account Manager.
Will I be receiving tickets in the mail? No, all Rams tickets for the 2020 season and beyond will be mobile tickets. Mobile ticketing is the most secure, convenient and flexible way to receive and manage your season tickets.
