Tickets

Will fans be allowed to attend games this season?

  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Rams games during the 2020 season will have limited or no fans in the stands. If tickets are sold for any games, first priority for tickets will go to Season Ticket Members who opted to stay in for the 2020 season. Season Ticket Members who opted out of the 2020 season would have the next presale opportunity to purchase tickets before any remaining tickets are made available to the general public.

How will I be receiving my tickets?

  • All tickets are mobile and can be accessed through the Rams Mobile App by clicking "Manage My Tickets" under "Tickets" or through Rams Ticket Account Manager on mobile web or a desktop computer by visiting www.therams.com/am. Please note print-at-home tickets will not be accepted.

Where can I manage my tickets?

Are playoff tickets included in my season tickets?

  • While playoff tickets are not included in renewals or Season Ticket purchases, Season Ticket Members are given first access to reserve their seats by opting in to our Pay-As-We-Play payment plan. In the event we can host fans, more information will be available later this season.

When do I renew my season tickets?

  • More information on Season Ticket renewal will be available in the coming months.

How do I log into my SSL Account Manager?

  • To log in to your SSL Account Manager please click here.

*Am I able to split my SSL or transfer a portion of my seats? *

  • Splitting or transferring your SSL's is not available at this time, please call your Member Services Representative for more information.

*Can I change the name on my SSL? *

  • Changing the name on your SSL is not available at this time, please call your Member Services Representative for more information.

*When can I sell my SSL? *

When will I receive my annual gift and commemorative ticket? How do I buy additional commemorative tickets?

  • Season Ticket Members should anticipate receiving their gift and commemorative ticket towards the end of October.

How do I purchase a cardboard cutout? Do Season Ticket Members get a discount?

How do I sign up for NFL Red Zone and Game Pass?

What other gameday benefits can I access during the 2020 season?

  • Members have exclusive access to the NEW second screen experience, where you can play sounds of the game and more! To access, please click here 20 minutes prior to kickoff for both home and away games.

How do I access my merchandise discount?

Parking and Transportation

When will parking information become available?

  • If we are able to host fans this season parking information will be available in the week(s) prior to the game.

*Will there be bike racks? *

  • Yes, SoFi Stadium will have bike racks accessible for fans.

Are stadium tours available?

  • We remain committed to hosting SSL holders at the stadium before the general public tour program begins so that you can see all that SoFi Stadium has to offer. We don't know yet when this will be given continued COVID-19 restrictions, but we will be sure to communicate when we have more information.

My Season Ticket Account

What is my Account ID and how do I locate it?

  • Your Account ID is unique to your Season Ticket account. We may ask for your Account ID when registering for events, accessing Member discounts, or if you need assistance from our service team.
  • To locate your Account ID please refer to your most recent email or call your Member Service Representative.

Where can I update my personal contact information, such as email, phone number, and mailing address?

  • Members may update their contact information at any time through Rams Account Manager. Once logged in, user profiles may be found under the Member's name in the upper right corner of the page.

I forgot my password or want to update it. How do I do that?

  • Members may update their password through Rams Account Manager by clicking the 'Forgot Password?' button after clicking Sign In.

Where can I see my payments?

  • To see your payments, log in to your Rams Account Manager or call your Member Services Representative.

*How do I change my credit card for ticket payments? *

To change the credit card on file, log in to your Rams Account Manager or call your Member Services Representative.

Why can't I see my seat locations on Account Manager? How do I find them?

  • Your seating location is available to view on your Rams Account Manager when there is a current invoice available or when season tickets are available. You can also find your location by calling your Member Services Representative.
