Wide receiver Pharoh Cooper is officially back for the Rams, as he's active on the gameday 46 for the Week 11 matchup against the Chiefs.
Cooper has been sidelined since suffering an ankle injury that required surgery in Week 1. Head coach Sean McVay said during the week of practice that Cooper will likely return kicks, but wide receiver JoJo Natson will continue to return punts for L.A.
There was one surprise on the inactives list, with outside linebacker Matt Longacre down for this matchup. Recently acquired Dante Fowler is expected to start in Longacre's place. Los Angeles has only three OLBs active for Week 11: Fowler, Samson Ebukam, and Justin Lawler.
On the other side, wide receiver Sammy Watkins is expected to start for the Chiefs. The former Ram missed last week with a foot injury, but was able to practice on Thursday.
