Much like last week, the Rams will not play the majority of their starters against the Raiders in preseason Week 2.

Right guard Jamon Brown is the only regular starter slated to play. Outside linebacker Samson Ebukam may also receive a few snaps, but not many.

Quarterback Sean Mannion will once again start in place of Jared Goff. Last week, Mannion had a disappointing outing in Baltimore, completing only three of his 13 passes for 16 yards.

Running back John Kelly is expected to see a good amount of playing time, particularly with fellow running back Justin Davis dealing with a hamstring injury. Rookie offensive linemen Joe Noteboom, Brian Allen, and Jamil Demby are also expected to play a good amount of snaps against the Raiders.

Defensively, lineman John Franklin-Myers is expected to make his preseason debut after he was held out against the Ravens. Rookie linebacker Micah Kiser led the team in tackles last week will likely look to do so again on Saturday.

Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. at the Coliseum. The game will be televised locally on KCBS, nationally on NFL Network, and streamed on therams.com. You can listen to the radio broadcast on ESPN LA and the team affiliates.
