As part of the Rams' celebration of Women's History Month this month, the organization wants to inspire Angelenos through stories of female staff changing the game on and off the field.
We conclude this year's series with Kylie Jensen, Senior Specialist of Season Ticket Member Experience.

Whether it be her time working for BYU's athletic department, the Colts, or presently, the Rams, Kylie Jensen has worked alongside many influential women whom she looks up to in every role.
Currently senior specialist of season ticket member experience for the Rams, Jensen has been inspired by her experience working closely with a leadership team of all women "who are the best at what they do and continuously support one another."
"This was my first full-time job, so coming in to the role at just 22 years old was intimidating, but joining a strong female leadership team where I was immediately welcomed in and supported by other women who have paved their way in the industry helped me feel like I belong and inspired me to continue advancing my own career in sports," Jensen said.
Furthermore, Jensen has felt that all of those female leaders and mentors across each of those departments and organizations, "genuinely wanted to help me succeed in the industry and have done whatever they can to support me in my role and on my path to reach my dream career."
Jensen recently completed her third season with the Rams, having first joined the team in July 2023. In her current role, she manages all aspects of the fan experience for Rams Season Ticket Members (STMs) year-round, which includes coordinating and managing exclusive experiences for members on game days and at training camp, planning watch parties for away games and various other events both in season and out of season, coordinating the annual Member gift sent out each year, managing the STM of the Month program, writing monthly STM newsletters, running our Rams House Fan Council focus group, and overseeing all additional STM initiatives and benefits.
Her overall goal is to provide increased value to Rams Season Ticket Membership via providing these various exclusive benefits and experiences year-round. Jensen said the best parts of her job are seeing the joy STMs experience from the game day experiences and events she worked hard to put together, and providing opportunities for STMs to form lifelong memories with their families and friends centered around their favorite team.
She also fully embraces the "other duties as assigned" aspect of her job, eager to take on any new task, challenge or opportunity to help her colleagues and benefit the organization.
"One of my favorite parts of game day is when I am directing members back to their seats after a pregame on field experience and members are thanking me for the opportunity and mentioning how incredible it was to have that experience," she said. "It makes the hard work and long hours leading up to that moment worth it! Another part of my job I enjoy is the challenge of bringing new ideas to life that we have never done before. I am always open to trying anything new that will provide more opportunities to make a positive impact on Season Ticket Members and provide them with lifelong memories."
"This is my dream job and I feel extremely lucky to be able to do what I do for an incredible organization that I have come to love," she added. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to make an impact and help contribute to the overall goals of the organization."
Knowing that is what motivates Jensen every day, especially in moments when the hours are long and the job gets tough. She is also driven by the opportunity and challenge to bring new ideas to life.
Beyond that, she is also inspired by all of the powerful and influential women she is surrounded by at the Rams. While football has long been a male-dominated industry, seeing women thriving in every department both on the business side and the football side has never made her feel like her identity as a woman has felt bringing forth a unique perspective in the workspace.
"Because of this and my past experience working closely with women in sports, I have never felt out of place or like I needed to prove myself because of my gender specifically," Jensen said. "The culture at the Rams with a high percentage of women in leadership roles has contributed to my feeling of belonging as a woman in sports and has inspired me to continue to work hard towards advancing my career in the industry."
Jensen also pointed to the various Employee Resource Committees (ERCs), including one dedicated to women specifically, as part of their focus on diversity and inclusion. The ERC dedicated to women provides opportunities for them to get together for fun activities outside of work and get to know the women in the office that they don't typically get the opportunity to work with, which Jensen said helps further improve the camaraderie among them as women in sports.
Along those same lines, Jensen said it is important for young people to see that there are so many opportunities for women in sports both on the team side and on the business side and women are not limited at all in what they can do in the industry.
"A big part of my role is also working cross-functionally with other departments on events and major NFL initiatives, so I get the privilege of working with amazing women not just in my own department, but across the organization as well," Jensen said. "This has shown me that there are endless opportunities and various roles within the sports industry and NFL specifically that women can work in."
When it comes to celebrating Women's History Month, Jensen points to recognizing the past and the present, while also supporting the future.
"We should celebrate Women's History Month by showcasing past and current women leaders who have paved the way for us, while also amplifying women's voices who are currently in the industry and finding ways to support and encourage the next generation of women leaders," she said.
