On behalf of Ritter Elementary, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the incredible experience our students had at the Rams STEAM Gala. The event was not only engaging and exciting, but also deeply inspiring for our scholars.
Our Ritter students were thrilled to see how STEAM connects to real-world careers, especially within the sports industry. Many of them had never considered how science, technology, engineering, arts, and math play such a vital role behind the scenes of a professional football organization. The hands-on activities and interactive stations captured their curiosity and encouraged critical thinking in a fun and meaningful way.
What stood out most was the exposure to diverse professionals and role models. For our students, seeing individuals who reflect their own backgrounds succeeding in STEAM-related careers was powerful and motivating. It helped them envision new possibilities for their futures.
The event was well-organized, student-friendly, and thoughtfully designed to keep young learners engaged. Our students returned to campus energized and eager to share what they learned. Experiences like this truly expand opportunities and reinforce the importance of STEAM education in our community.
