Sharon Sanders is a Football Video Coordinator for the Rams. Her job is all about making sure players, coaches, and scouts have the film and technology they need to succeed. From recording practices to setting up iPads to managing massive video walls, Sharon uses her adaptability to keep things running smoothly. She says the role is often invisible to fans, but without it, the team couldn't prepare or perform at their best.

Path After High School

After high school, Sharon went to California Lutheran University. There, she picked up an on-campus job in sports production. At first, it was just a fun way to combine her love of sports with work. But over time, she realized this "hobby" could become her career. That hands-on experience opened the door to everything she does today.

Sharon spent much of her life planning to work in the medical field, aiming for a career in hospital business administration. But during college, she landed an internship at Rams Training Camp — and everything changed. She discovered she connected more deeply with sports and the team environment.
