Meet Taylor

Taylor Bailey is a Social Video Producer for the Rams. Her job is to bring the team's story to life on social media, on the big screens at SoFi Stadium, and anywhere fans connect with the team. From filming on the sidelines during big moments to editing highlight reels under tight deadlines, Taylor combines creativity, speed, and storytelling to make content that resonates.

Path After High School

After high school, Taylor went to the University of Missouri. She started in broadcast journalism but realized her passion was behind the camera, not in front of it. She switched her focus to Digital Storytelling and Communication, gaining both the technical skills of production and the writing skills of communication. That combination set the foundation for her career today.

STEAM in Action

Taylor sees STEAM in her work, but mainly focuses on the "A." She uses the Arts every single day. She films, edits, and produces video content that connects fans to the team, whether it's a highlight reel, a feature story, or a social post. While creativity and storytelling are her main tools, she's also very immersed in technology, from using complex camera gear to shoot content to diving into editing software to the massive Infinity Screen in SoFi Stadium.

Twist in the Journey

Taylor thought she'd stay on the broadcast side of production, and was aiming for roles at ESPN or NFL Network. But an internship with the Charlotte Hornets' creative video team completely changed her career path. She discovered that producing content for a team, where you can share in the wins and losses, gave her a deeper sense of connection and pride. That "twist" set her on the course to where she is today.

Fuel for Success

Taylor leans on adaptability and resilience. She's been through championship highs and losing seasons, but staying flexible has made every moment meaningful. Her motto reminds her to define her own story and leave her mark — a lesson she hopes every student takes to heart.

The Best Part of Taylor's Job

For Taylor, the best part of what she does is telling real stories about players, fans, and the culture of LA. It's not just about game highlights — it's about capturing the heart of the Rams and bringing that energy to life for others.

Taylor's Advice for Students

Take every opportunity to get hands-on experience. Taylor says even small chances (like volunteering, interning, or trying something new) can open doors and help you discover what you love. "Nothing teaches faster than just doing it."
