Each weekday, theRams.com will be taking a look around the internet for the top Rams headlines of the day. Here's a look at what's out there for Thursday September 20th about your Los Angeles Rams.

WEEK 3 PICKS

The Bleacher Report's NFL analysts' picks for Week 3 are in and they have the Rams on top in Sunday's Los Angeles matchup.

Here's what BR's Brent Sobleski has to say about Rams-Chargers on Sunday:

"The Battle of Los Angeles could be one for the ages since both the Rams and Chargers are counted among the league's most talented teams," Sobleski said. "Yes, the Rams have been dominant through two weeks, but a seven-point spread against the Chargers downplays how explosive Philip Rivers and Co. really are. In fact, the Chargers, not the Rams, own a top-three offense entering this contest."

Score Prediction: Rams 24, Chargers 21

NFL.com's Elliot Harrison also took the Rams in Week 3. Harrison said the absence of DE Joey Bosa could be the difference maker.

"I would love to pick the Bolts -- if Joey Bosa was going to be on the field. Without the Chargers' pass-rusher to worry about, Rams coach Sean McVay can slide protection, given that he can trust left tackle Andrew Whitworth against anyone.

"Now, if Philip Rivers plays as effectively as he did in Buffalo, lookout. Keenan Allen can take any CB one on one, including Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib -- meaning Allen could well be the one with reason to celebrate, via fine-inducing gestures or otherwise."

SIT 'EM

In his weekly 'Start 'Em, Sit 'Em' feature, NFL.com's Michael Fabiano has some advice for any fantasy football owners paying attention to the Rams-Chargers game in Week 3. Fabiano is urging owners to sit both Chargers QB Philip Rivers and the Chargers defense against the Rams at the Coliseum.

Here's why:

QB Philip Rivers:

"Rivers is a tough quarterback to sit after his hot start in the stat sheets, but he's faced two of the NFL's worst pass defenses in Kansas City and Buffalo. This week, the veteran will face a Rams defense that hasn't allowed a touchdown pass in its first two games. If you decide to start Rivers, temper expectations in this battle of Hollywood."

Chargers Defense:

"Listed as a start 'em last week, the Chargers produced a solid 10 fantasy points in a win over the Bills. Unfortunately, an upcoming Hollywood matchup versus the Rams isn't a favorable one from a fantasy perspective. Defenses have averaged fewer than 4.5 fantasy points against them since the start of 2017. That's not a good stat."
