PLAY 60 is an NFL initiative which aims to create a healthier next generation and tackle childhood obesity by encouraging kids to be active for at least 60 minutes every day. During these difficult times, the Rams and the NFL are committed to making sure everyone is staying active and healthy by providing free, digital resources for teachers, parents and students.

The workout videos hosted on the Los Angeles Rams website is intended for informational purposes only.
