First Look: Rams close out the 2025 preseason taking on the Browns in Cleveland

The Rams conclude their three-week preseason schedule visiting the Browns on Saturday. Kickoff from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio is scheduled for 10 a.m. PT on Rams TV affiliate KABC.

The radio broadcast can be found on ESPNLA 710 AM and KWKW 1330 AM.

In advance of the contest, here is your First Look at Rams-Browns.

Notable Browns additions

  • Signed former Texas wide receiver Isaiah Bond. Once Bond's legal situation was resolved, Cleveland signed him to a reported three-year deal. He brings speed to the Browns' wide receiver room, having posted a 4.39-second 40-yard dash time at this year's NFL Scouting Combine.
  • Signed quarterback Tyler Huntley. With Shedeur Sanders dealing with an oblique injury and Kenny Pickett an hamstring injury, and recently-named starter Joe Flacco not suiting up, Cleveland needed another quarterback to balance out the reps in Week 2 with Dillon Gabriel (who previously dealt with hamstring tightness himself), and Huntley was the solution.

Top performers in Week 2 of the preseason

Gabriel completed 13 of 18 pass attempts for 143 yards with one interception in the Browns' 22-13 win over the Eagles. Huntley also saw action, completing 10 of 13 passes for 71 yards.

Running back Pierre Strong Jr. led Cleveland's backfield with 13 carries for 89 yards.

Wide receiver Kaden Davis paced the Browns' receivers with a team-high 44 receiving yards on three catches.

Defensively, linebacker and USC product Easton Mascarenas-Arnold led the unit with seven total tackles, while defensive end Isaiah McGuire added a sack.

On special teams, kicker Andre Szmyt made both of his field goal attempts and his lone extra point attempt, while punter Corey Bojorquez averaged 49.3 yards per punt across three punts.

Early storylines to watch, and what they mean for the Rams

Most telling about the preseason finale is usually who doesn't end up playing.

Then-undrafted free agent signee and linebacker Omar Speights was the most notable example last year, as general manager Les Snead on the broadcast confirmed it was a reflection of Speights making the active game day roster.

Beyond that, it will be interesting to see how the Rams' defensive coaching staff approaches the green dot for this week, in terms of giving it to a linebacker again or choosing someone else to be in the role.
