Mike LaFleur enters his second season with the Los Angeles Rams as team’s offensive coordinator. He joined the team ahead of the 2023 season after serving as the New York Jets offensive coordinator for the two seasons.

Chris Shula enters his eighth season with the Rams, his first as the defensive coordinator after serving as the linebackers coach and pass rush coordinator during the 2023 season.
