Black History Month is an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices and appreciate the accomplishments of those who have helped create a better future. In 1946, running back Kenny Washington reintegrated the NFL when he signed with the Rams, breaking the league's 12-year color barrier. This February, we will continue to inspire change through honoring Kenny Washington's legacy, as well as highlighting those who are fighting injustice and pioneering with purpose in our communities.
