Behind The Grind 2026 Episode 1 coming April 8: Taking in Australia with Kyren Williams and Kevin Dotson

Behind The Grind makes its 2026 return this Wednesday, with Episode 1 bringing fans behind the scenes of running back Kyren Williams and offensive lineman Kevin Dotson's experience in Melbourne, Australia last month.

Their visit included trips to the Melbourne Zoo, a Cadillac Formula 1 event which marked the launch event for Cadillac's introduction into F1 racing, during which they met Cadillac driver Valtteri Bottas, and attending the National Rugby League opening game featuring Storm vs Eels, among many other events.

BTG Episode 1 is scheduled to premiere on the Rams' website and official YouTube channel Wednesday at 3 p.m. pacific time.
