Rams outside linebacker Jared Verse appeared on the NFL's Top 100 Players list as a rookie, voted on by the players. He came in at No. 53 after a 2024 season where he generated 77 pressures (fourth in the NFL), according to Pro Football Focus, and won the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award.
Verse led all rookies in pressures, quarterback hits (15), hurries (56) and turnovers caused by pressures (four), the latter according to Next Gen Stats. His bull rush took the lead by storm, as even the most feared offensive linemen in the league had trouble against the rookie from Florida State.
Verse planted 6-foot-8, 365-pound tackle Jordan Mailata on his back in Week 12, and recently retired five-time Pro Bowler Terron Armstead said that his bull rush is "different," adding that he'll be happy never facing Verse ever again.
Stafford is the third Ram to appear on this year's Top 100 Players list after Kyren Williams came in at No. 85 and Matthew Stafford was voted in at No. 59.
