Rams' 2026 first-round draft picks set

The Rams own the 13th and 29th overall picks in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The former was acquired via a trade with the Falcons, who sent their 2026 first-round pick, the No. 46 pick in the 2025 draft (used to select tight end Terrance Ferguson) as well as last year's No. 242 pick to Los Angeles. In exchange, the Rams sent their No. 26 and No. 101 picks in 2025 to Atlanta.

Since the Rams selected quarterback Jared Goff first overall in 2016, they have only used one first-round pick. In 2024, they drafted outside linebacker Jared Verse 19th overall. The last time the Rams had the 13th pick, they used it to select legendary defensive lineman Aaron Donald in 2014.
