During his time at NC State, appeared in 56 games (50 starts), and recorded 310 total tackles (175 solo), and three interceptions.
His 2,960 career snaps ranked second among defensive players and he ranked second on the team in tackles.

As a senior, he finished with 101 tackles, nine rushes for 44 yards, one touchdown, and tallied 215 yards in both punt and kickoff returns.
Was named First-Team all-state, two-time First-Team all-metro and all-district selection, and voted team captain.
