Puka Nacua passes Michael Thomas for most catches through a player's first 35 career games

INGLEWOOD, Calif. – Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua continues to add NFL records to his resume.

With his 10-yard reception with 13:01 remaining in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Saints, Nacua (239) passed former New Orleans wide receiver Michael Thomas (238) for the most catches through a player's first 35 career games in NFL History.

Nacua needed just one catch to reach the milestone entering Week 9, and he got it on the Rams' first offensive play in Sunday's game.

He finished for seven for 95 yards and one touchdown prior to exiting the game with a chest injury, though head coach Sean McVay said postgame Nacua is good, and that withholding him from re-entering the game was precautionary.
