Injury Updates: Sean McVay says Steve Avila will be limited in Wednesday's practice; Avila's status for Week 4 vs. Colts still to be determined

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Rams head coach Sean McVay said offensive lineman Steve Avila (ankle) will be a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

"He'll take like half the reps (Wednesday)," McVay said prior to Wednesday's practice.

Asked if Avila will play Sunday against the Colts, McVay said "we'll see."

Up until today, Avila had yet to practice since suffering an ankle sprain against the Texans in Week 1, missing each of the Rams' last two games.

McVay also said that wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) and offensive lineman Rob Havenstein (ankle) came in "a little sore" and will not practice Wednesday. While the team will take things a day at a time with both players, McVay is "not expecting it to affect their game status."
