Matthew Stafford passes Dan Marino for 7th all-time in touchdown passes

INGLEWOOD, Calif. – With two passing touchdowns on Sunday against the Cardinals, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford passed Dan Marino and moved into 7th all-time in touchdown passes with 421 for his career.

Stafford passed Marino on a play-action bootleg throw to tight end Colby Parkinson in the third quarter. Parkinson stayed in bounds and leapt over the goal line to put the Rams ahead 23-20 with a 21-yard touchdown.

Stafford now has a league- and career-high 44 passing touchdowns this season.
